Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はスイッチ、コンセント等の配線器具あるいはブ
レーカー、マグネット等の開閉器などのねじなし端子の
電線接続確認装置に関する。
従釆のねじなし端子は第１図に示すように、綾線した電
線１を工具、たとえばドライバー２によって解除鋤３を
Ａ方向に押すことによって錠ばね４をたわませて「Ｂ方
向に引き抜く構造であった。なお、５は結線した電線１
の略軸線上に設けられた結線確認窓でＬ ６はボディ、
７はキャップ、８は端子板である。かかる構造によれば
、窓５から塵挨あるいは水等が入いり易すいため、窓５
を大きくすることができない。
又、電線１が挿入されたボディ６とキャップ７とよりな
る空間９は暗く確認が困難で十分機能を果すことができ
ない。更に剣３を工具２で押しながら電線１を引き抜く
ため、ボディ６を支持する第三の手が必要であり、はず
し‘こくく、工事現場では手間がかかる。本発明は従来
のかかる欠点に鑑み提供されるもので、電線に掛止した
綻ばねを工具によって解除すると、内装されたスプリン
グによって電線が押し出されるように構成したねじなし
端子構造である。
第２図以下の図面を用いて本発明の一実施例について説
明する。
尚、第１図において説明したものと同一あるいは均等の
部材については同一番号を用いて重複した説明を省略す
る。図中、１川まボディー１の縦壁１２に摺動自在に設
けられた絶縁材よりなるＬ状の電線解除補助板で、該補
助板１０の一端１０ａは電線１の裸線端部ｌａと当接し
、他端１０ｂには「完了」等の表意文字あるいは記号が
設けられた表示部１３が設けられている。
１４は該電線解除補助板１０の一端１０ａと外殻たるカ
バー１５とに介在され且つボディー１の段部１６に前記
電線解除補助板１０を押圧しうる弾性体たるコイル状の
スプリング、１７は電線１の裸線端部ｌａに当接する自
由端１７ａと、電線解除補助板１０の摺動しうる切欠き
１８とを形成した端子板、１９はカバー１５に形成した
スプリング１４の支持凸部、２０１ま前記表示部１３に
対向してカバー１５に形成した表示窓である。
第４図は電線解除補助板２１の他の実施例で、一端に表
示部２２を形成し、他端にはスプリング１４の支持部２
３を形成した補助板２４の他の例である。
本発明はかかる構成よりなるから「ボディ１１に電線１
を挿入すると、綻ばね４により電線１は鶏止される。
この時、電線１の裸線端部ｌａは電線解除補助板１０，
２４をスプリングｉ４に抗して押圧するので、表示窓２
０と表示部１３，２２が近接し、表示窓２０より「完了
」等の表意文字が明示されるので電線１が挿入されたこ
とが確認できる。又電線１を解除する場合工具２をもっ
て金０３をＡ方向に押圧すると錠ばね４がたわみ、錠さ
まね４の自由端と裸線ｌａとが離間するので、スプリン
グ１４のＣ方向の押圧力により、電線１はＢ方向にボデ
ィ１１より押し出される。従って本発明によれば、ドラ
イバー等の工具により釘を押すだけの操作により電線が
容易にはずれる。
又、結線している場合は、表示窓に表示部が近接するの
で結線状態が容易に判別することができる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 錠ばねと端子板とを対向させ、その対向間に挿入し
    た電線を鎖錠して接続すると共に、錠ばねを押圧して前
    記鎖錠を解除する解除釦を備えた端子装置において、前
    記端子板に案内され前記挿入した電線の先端位置に応動
    し、且つスプリングにより電線挿入口方向に付勢された
    部材をその上端が外殻上面に設けた表示窓に垂直に対向
    するように装着し、前記挿入された電線の先端で前記部
    材を移動せしめてその上端を表示窓に垂直に近づけ、ま
    た前記解除釦を押圧して前記鎖錠を解除したとき前記ス
    プリングにより前記部材を表示窓より垂直に遠ざけると
    共に前記部材を介して電線の先端を押圧して電線を離脱
    せしめるように付勢するようにしたことを特徴とするね
