    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板と、この基板へ接続された多数の外部リード線と、
    前記基板ヘボンデイングされ複数個の半導体素子を塔載
    すると共にこれらの半導体素子間を接続するための配線
    が施されそいる１つのシリンコンチップと、このシリコ
    ンチップと各外部リード線を接続するためのワイヤとを
    備え、前記シリコイチップ上では配線のみを行うことを
    特徴とする半導体素子間　　　　　　。
