Claims (7)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）板状で一方の面に半導体チップを搭載するアイラ
    ンドと、該アイラシド近傍から外方に延在する複数のリ
    ードとを有する樹脂封止半導体装置用リードフレームに
    おいて、前記アイランドの他方の面に凹部または貫通部
    を有することを特徴とする樹脂封止半導体用リードフレ
    ーム。
  2. （２）前記凹部または貫通部は細長い溝状であることを
    特徴とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の樹脂封
    止半導体装置用リードフレーム。
  3. （３）前記凹部または貫通部は多数の円形状であること
    を特徴とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の樹脂
    封止半導体装置用リードフレーム。
  4. （４）前記凹部は多数の極めて小さな窪みであり、前記
    アイランドの他方の面は梨子地状であることを特徴とし
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の樹脂封止半導体
    装置用リードフレーム。
  5. （５）前記凹部または貫通部は前記アオランドの他方の
    面から一方の面に向かって広くなる形状であることを特
    徴とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の樹脂封止
    半導体装置用リードフレーム。
  6. （６）　　前記溝はスパイラル状であることを特徴とし
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の樹脂封止半導体
    装置用リードフレーム。
  7. （７）前記溝はＸ字状であることを特徴とした実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第２項記載の樹脂封止半導体装置用リー
    ドフレーム。
