    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１導電型の半導体基板内に第２導電型の拡散領域が形
    成され、−該領域にトランジスタが形成されてなる半導
    体集積回路において、該拡散領域と半導体基板の接合部
    分にはガードリング用高濃度拡散層を設けかつ該ガード
    リング用高濃度拡散層近傍の半導体基板表面に低濃度拡
    散層を設けた半導体集積回路。
