Claims (1)
- ポンディングパッド専用の配線層を用意Ｌ’、 −ｙ−
ツブの入出力用ホンディングバット以外に、内部信号を
観測するためのバットを該専用配線層上に多数配置し、
配置されたパッドの位置に、直接かつ同時に電気的接触
が可能なプローブ装置を使用することにまり、チップの
機能検査や不良解析を容易ならしめることを特徴とした
半導体集積回路装置。
