Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 少なくとも二つの磁気ヘッドを回転板の周方向に沿う位
    置でかつ上記磁気ヘッドに所定の角度で形成されたギャ
    ップの上記回転板の回転軸に対しての傾きが互いに反対
    方向に向くように取り付は上記各磁気ヘッドの所定設置
    の設置ずれ量を測定する組立精度測定装置において、上
    記回転板を回転する手段とこの回転中に上記ギャップに
    レーザ光を照射させる位置に設けられるレーザ発振装置
    と、上記ギャップの形成角度に応じた方向に進む上記ギ
    ャップからの回折光を所定個所で集光する光学系と、こ
    の光学系を透過した二つの光路に別々に設けられかつこ
    れら透過した回折光の光束とほぼ同形の透過面を有し上
    記光学系の集束点とは異なる方向に偏向させる第１、第
    ２のプリズムと、これらプリズムを透過した各回折光を
    検出する第１、第２の検知系と、これら検知系よりの検
    知信号を受は選ばれた連続する三つの検出信号の第１番
    目から第２番目に至る検出時間と第２番目から第３番目
    に至る検出時間との差異で上記ギャップの所定角度から
    のずれ量を検出する信号処理装置とを備えることを特徴
    とする組立精度測定装置。
