Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. (1)記録情報読取用光ビームの光軸と記録媒体の記録
    面との直交関係のずれを検出しこのずれに応じて前記光
    軸の傾斜をなす傾斜手段を制御して前記直交関係を維持
    するようにしたサーホ系を有する光学式記録情報読取装
    置であって、前記直交関係のずれを検出する手段は、発
    射光が前記記録面へ向けて照射された発光手段と、前記
    発射光の前記記録面による反射光を受光する受光手段と
    からなり、この反射回折光のうちほぼO次回折光のみが
    前記受光手段に受光されるように前記発光及び受光手段
    の位置関係を設定してなることを特徴とする装置。
  2. (2)前記発射光及び反射光が前記光ビームの収束用[
    ノンズを経ないような位置にこれら発光及び受光手段を
    設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
    記載の装置。
