第1図は、継手用スリーブとして折返しスリーブを備え
た同期回転継手の断面図、第2図は、第1図と同様であ
るが、延長部を独立の部材として構成した同期回転継手
の断面図、第3図は、継手用スリーブとしてベローを備
えた同期回転継手の断面図、第4図は、2つの逆止め弁
として働く、第3図の固定用フランジの拡大断面図、第
5図は、第3図のI−I線に沿う断面図、第6図は、n
−■線に沿う断面図である。 1・・・外継手部材、4・・・内継手部材、7・・・駆
動シャフト、11.18・・・スリーブ、12.14・
・・フランジ、16.19・・・延長部、17.20・
・・みぞ。′補正 昭58. 7.22 考案の名称を次のように補正する。 ■同期回転継手用の密封部材 実用新案登録請求の範囲、図面の簡単な説明を次のよう
に補正する。 ■実用新案登録請求の範囲 同期回転継手用の密封部材であって、この密封部材が同
期回転継手の外継手部材に固定される端部と入内継手部
材の駆動シャフトに固定バンドを介して固定される端部
とを備えた保護ブーツから成り、駆動シャフトに固定さ
れる保護ブーツの端部の内面に軸方向に延びる複数の溝
を備えたものにおいて、 駆動シャフト7に固定される保護ブーツ11゜18のス
リーブ状に形成された端部12はその両側に継手の内方
および外方に向って延びて駆動シャフト7に密着する、
弾性的な延長部16.19が設けており、駆動シャフト
7に固定される保護ブーツ11.18の端部12の内周
面に形成された溝17.20が固定バンド13の取付位
置をこえて延びていて、この溝20の少なくとも1が継
手の外方の延長部16をこえて外に開口しており、そし
て他の溝17が継手の内方の延長部19をこえて継手の
内部空所に開口していることを特徴とする同期回転継手
用の密封部材。 図面の簡単な説明 第1図は、継手用保護ブーツとして折返しベローを備え
た同期回転継手の断面図、第2図は、第1図と同様であ
るが、延長部を独立の部材として構成した同期回転継手
の断面図、第3図は、継手用保護ブーツとしてベローを
備えた同期回転継手の断面図、第4図は、2つの逆止め
弁として働く、第3図の固定用端部の拡大断面図、第5
図は、第3図のI−I線に沿う断面図、第6図は、■−
■線に沿う断面図である。 1・・・外継手部材、4・・・内継手部材、7・・・駆
動シャフト、11.18・・・保護ブーツ、12.14
・・・保護ブーツ端部、16.19・・・延長部、17
゜20・・・溝。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. (1)潤滑剤を含む駆動継手のための密封部材であって
    、こあ密封部材が駆動継手の外側部材に固定するための
    第1フランジと、シャフトに固定するための第2フラン
    ジとを有するスリーブから成り、シャフトに固定される
    第2フランジの内面に軸線方向に延びるみぞを備えたも
    のにおいて、 フランジに設けられたみぞがその取付位置をこえて延び
    ており、みぞが形成されたフランジには、軸線方向に延
    びて継手のシャフトを包む延長部が設けられ、この延長
    部は弾性的に構成されてみぞを密封することを特徴とす
    る密封部材。
  2. (2)延長部がフランジと一体に構成されているか、ま
    たは独立の部材として構成されていることを特徴とする
    特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の密封部材。
  3. (3)シャフトを包む延長部が、フランジとスリーブの
    内部スペースとの間に設けられており、フランジのみぞ
    がこの延長部分の直前から始まり大気中に開口している
    ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の密封部
    材。
  4. (4)延長部分の内部応力が、所定の対応する圧力にお
    いて、延長部がシャフトから離れて空気の流通が可能と
    なるように、選択しであることを特徴とする特許請求の
    範囲第1項に記載の密封部材。
