Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はオートバイその他の自動２輪車におけるフェア
リング装置に関する。
従来この種装置として、車体の前部に、合成樹脂製のフ
ェアリングを固設する式のものは知られるが、この場合
鉄車体の前部には別個にヘッドライトケースを介してヘ
ッドライトを備える式を一般としたもので、部品点数が
増大し勝ちである不都合を伴う。
本考案はか・る不都合のない装置を得ることをその目的
としたもので、車体１の前部に合成樹脂製のフェアリン
グ２を固設する自動２輪車におけるフェアリング装置に
おいて、前記フェアリング２の内部に前面を開口するラ
イトケース３を一体に形成させ、該ライトケース３内に
ヘッドライト７を左右に調整自在に支承するマウントリ
ング６と、該リング６を軸支する二叉状のブラケット５
と該ブラケット５に支承されるヘッドライト上下調節用
のアジャストスクリュ１０とからなるヘッドライト組立
体８を収納して該組立体８を、ブラケット５の先端部に
おいてライトケース３内に設けた左右１対の凹溝４，４
に嵌合させると共にブラケット５の根部においてライト
ケース３の後部に螺子９で着脱自在に結着させ、該螺子
９を挿通して前記アジャストスクリュ１０をケース３の
背面に突出させ、その突出端にアジャストノブ１１を備
えて戒る。
ブラケット５の各先端部は、例えば第３図に明示するよ
うにマウントリング６の各側面に重合されてこれに段付
ねじ１２と樹脂ナツト１３とで結着されると共に、各凹
溝・４内に摺動自在に嵌合されるもので、そのがたつき
を防止すべく外面には樹脂ワッシャ１４が重合されるよ
うにした。
ヘッドライト７は該リング６に支承されて左右に調節自
在に構成されるもので、その手段は例えば第４図に明示
する通りであり、該リング６とその前方のリング１５と
の間に外周のばね１６を有するアジャストスクリュ１７
が施されるようにした。
アジャストスクリュ１０は該リング６の上部がら後方に
のびるもので該ブラケット５と該ケース３とを結着する
螺子９内を挿通してその後方にのび、その尾端にアジャ
ストノブ１１が施されて螺子１８で固定されるようにし
た。
図面で１９はその外周のは゛ねを示す。
その作動を説明するに、ヘッドライト７はアジャストス
クリュ１７により左右に受軸を調整され得ると共にアジ
ャストノブ１１においてアジャストスクリュ１０を介し
て上下に受軸を調整され得るもので、更に必要に応じ、
ヘッドライト組立体８は螺子９を取外してケース３内が
らその前方に取出し自在であり、かくて点検その他に備
えられる。
このように、本考案によるときはフェアリング２内に予
めライトケース３を一体に形成させ、該ケース３内に、
ヘッドライト７を左右に調整自在に支承するマウントリ
ング６と該リング６を軸支する二叉状のブラケット５と
、該ブラケット５に支承されるヘッドライト上下調整用
のアジャストスクリュ１０とからなるヘッドライト組立
体８を収納させて、該組立体８をブラケット５の先端部
においてライトケース３内に設けた左右一対の凹溝４，
４に嵌合させると共にブラケット５の根部においてライ
トケース３の後部に螺子９で着脱自在に固定みたので、
別個にライトケースを備える必要がなく部品点数を減少
し得ると共にフェアリンク２はライト組立体８を収納固
定するので強度を増大することができ而もアジャストス
クリュ１０を螺子９を挿通してケース背面に露出してそ
の突出端にアジャストノブ１１を設けたのでライト７の
上下の調整は工具等を必要とせず乗車位置において容易
に行い得られる等の効果を有する。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車体１の前部に合成樹脂製のフェアリング２を固設する
    自動２輪車におけるフェアリング装置において、前記フ
    ェアリング２の内部に前面を開口するライトケース３を
    一体に形成させ、該ライトケース３内にヘッドライト７
    を左右に調整自在に支承するマウントリング６と、該リ
    ング６を軸支する二叉状のブラケット５と該ブラケット
    ５に支承されるヘッドライト上下調節用のアジャストス
    クリュ１０とからなるヘッドライト組立体８を収納して
    該組立体８を、ブラケット５の先端部においてライトケ
    ース３内に設けた左右１対の凹溝４．４に嵌合させると
    共にブラケット５の根部においてライトケース３の後部
    に螺子９で着脱自在に結着させ、該螺子９を挿通して前
    記アジャストスクリュ１０をケース３の背面に突出させ
    、その突出端にアジャストノブ１１を備えて戒る自動２
    輪車におけるフェアリング装置。
