    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 荷電粒子照射系よりの荷電粒子を偏向する手段に偏向信
    号発生手段からの偏向信号を供給して荷電粒子照射対象
    物の表面を走査する装置において、該偏向信号発生手段
    から偏向信号を交互番手サンプリングする２つのサンプ
    リング回路と、該サンプリング回路のサンプリング時間
    を設定するためのサンプリング時間設定回路と、前記２
    一つのサンプリング回路よりの信号の値を記憶する２つ
    の記憶回路と、該それぞれの記憶回路よりの信号を比較
    する比較回路とを備え、該比較回路よりの信号によって
    荷電粒子を制御するように構成したことを特徴とする荷
    電粒子線装置の偏向動作停止検出装置。
