Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の利用分野〕 本発明は基板に対する取付け位置合わせが容易なフラッ
トパック形集積回路に関するものである。
〔従来技術〕
フラットパック形の集積回路はその端子数が多く、基板
に半田付け等をする場合、その位置合せが容易でなく且
つ、逆取材けをしてしまう場合がある。この場合、この
集積回路を取付けた製品はで、その目的は麦飯への取付
けが容易になシ、しかも取付はミスを防止出来るフラッ
トノくツク形集基板に相対する位置に２個以上の非対称
な突起をつけ、基８！側にその突起を合致する穴を設け
たものであり、これによシ、フラットパック形集積回路
の取付は作業が容易に行なえ、しかも、取付は路の斜視
図、：耶２図は各部品を取付ける基板の斜視図である。
図において、１は集積回路、２は回路端子、３は突起、
４は基板、５は半田付は用パッド、６は基準穴である。
突起３は基準穴６の位置に対応し、非対称に形成されて
いる。集積回路１の突起３と基板４側の基準穴６を合せ
ただけで集積回路１の取付は方向（極性）が自動的に決
定このように、フラットパック形の集積回路で基板に相
対する面に非対称な２個以上の突起を設ける事によシ、
集積回路取付は作業時、その位置合せ及び極性方向が自
動的に行なえる様にナシ、作業性の向上とその製品の信
頼性向上が望めるものである。

第１図は本発明によるフラットパック形集積回路の一実
施例の斜視図、第２図は基板の斜視図を示Ｌ７たもので

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 基板に装着可能に形成されたフラットツクツク形集積回
    路において、基板に設けた基準穴に相対する位置に２個
    以上の非対称な突起を設けた事を特徴とするフラットパ
    ック形集積回路。
