Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は片面に熱接着性層を形成した互に接続すべき二
枚のシートの端縁を、前記二枚のシートの前記熱接着性
層を同側として重ね合せて重ね合せ部を形成し、前記重
ね合せ部の前記二枚のシートの夫々の熱接着性層に亘っ
て熱接着性を有する補強テープを熱接着し、前記二枚の
シートを接続することを特徴とする新規なシートの接続
部に関するものであシ、特に軽量強靭な幅広シートの強
度の大きい接続部が得られるものである。
従来、一般に提供されている畜舎、鶏舎、サイロ等の断
熱や保温を必要とする場合は、天井下や窓の内側に断熱
カーテンを適用するものであるが、断熱カーテンの上げ
、下げや巻回のため軽量で柔軟性があシ強度の大きいも
のが必要であシ、そのために合成樹脂製の延伸扁平糸を
縦、横に格子状に重ねて接合部を接着した格子状基材や
ネット状に押出し形成した格子状基材を用いているため
、接続して幅広のシートとしてカーテンに適用すると、
巻回し時に引張りにより接続部に剥離を生じたジ、格子
状基材の糸抜けを生じ使用不能となったり、カーテンの
巻回し装置に抜糸を巻込み使用不能となったシする等の
欠点があったが、本発明者は種々実験研究の結果、この
ような欠点のない本発明を得たのである。
以下本発明の実施例を第１図によって説明すると、片面
にポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、エ
チレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体樹脂等の熱接着性合成樹脂
よりなる厚さ１０〜１００μの熱接着性層１を形成し、
互に接続すべき二枚のシート２，３の端縁４．５を、二
枚のシート２．３の熱接着性層１を同側として重ね合せ
て重ね合せ部６を形成し、重ね合せ部６の二枚のシート
２．３の夫々の熱接着性層１に亘って伸びの殆んどない
程度の厚さのポリエチレンフィルム、接着面にポリエチ
レンフィルム、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体樹脂等を
積層したポリエステルフィルム、織布の如き伸びの殆ん
どない熱接着性を有する補強テープ７を全幅に熱接着し
、二枚のシート２，３を接続するものであり、補強チー
グアの熱接着時の加熱加圧によって二枚のシート２．３
の重ね合せ部６は下面を補強テープ７によって、夫々熱
接着し二枚のシート２．３の重ね合せ部６を接続するも
のである。
本発明の実施例を第２図によって説明すると、前記実施
例の二枚のシート２．３の上面に前記熱接着性層１と同
様な熱接着性層１ａを形成したもので、前記実施例と同
一符号は同一部位を示し、重ね合せ部６の内部は上下の
熱接着性層１゜１３が熱接着し、二枚のシート２．３の
接続強度をさらに向上するものである。
本発明の他の実施例を第３図によって説明すると、ポリ
エチレン、ポリプロピレン、ナイロン、ポリエステル等
の厚さ１０〜５０μの合成樹脂フィルムよりなる幅１〜
Ｌｏｗ冨、延伸倍率３〜１０倍の扁平延伸糸を縦糸８、
横糸９として１〜１０闘間隔を設けて重ね合せ格子点を
熱接着してなる格子状のシート、あるいは前記の合成樹
脂よりなるネット状に押出し成形してなるネット状のシ
ー）または寒冷紗等の引裂き強度が比較的大きな２００
〜５００デニールで、重さが１０〜５０ｇ／ｌｒｉで軽
量でしなやかな繊維シートの如き多孔シート１３をシー
ト２．３として適用するものであり、斯るシート２．３
を第１図、第２図に示すようにして適用するものであり
、図中１は熱接着性層である。
本発明の他の実施例を第４図によって説明すると、内面
にアルミニウム等の金属蒸着層の如き金属膨面１０を形
成したポリエステル、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等
の厚さ１０〜５０μの合成樹脂フィルムよシなる外層１
１をポリエチレンの押出溶融フィルムの如き接着層１２
によって第３図に示す格子状のシートよりなる多孔シー
ト１３に積層してシート２．３とするものであｐ、図中
１は格子状のシート１３の他面に積層した熱接着性層で
あり、斯るシート２．３を第１図、第２図に示すように
して適用するものであり、金属膨面層１０によって日光
を反射し、屋舎内の温度上昇を防止すると共に、屋舎内
の熱射を反射し、屋舎内を保温するものである。シート
２．３の多孔シート１３として格子状のシートを適用す
る代りに前記実施例に示すネット状のシート、繊維シー
トを適用することができるものである。
本発明の他の実施例を第５図によって説明すると、内面
に厚さ６〜２０μのアルミニウム箔の如き金属輝面層１
０をポリエチレンの押出し溶融フィルムの如き接着層１
２によって第４図に示す実施例に示す合成樹脂フィルム
よυなる外層１１に積層し、第４図に示す実施例の格子
状のシートよりなる多孔シー）１３の外面に、ポリエチ
レンの押出溶融フィルムの如き接着層１２によって外層
１１に積層した金属輝面層１ｏを積層してシート２．３
とするものであり、図中１は多孔シート１３の他面に積
層した熱接着性層であり、斯るシート２．３を第１図、
第２図に示すようにして適用するものであり、金属輝面
層１ｏによって日光を反射し、屋舎内の温度上昇を防止
すると共に、屋舎内の熱線を反射し、屋舎内を保温する
ものである。シート２．３の多孔シート１３として格子
状のシートを適用する代りに前記実施例に示すネット状
のシート、繊維シートを適用することができるものであ
る。
本発明の他の実施例を第６図、第７図、第８図によって
説明すると、第４図に示す金属蒸着による金属輝面層１
０を有するシート２．３の下位となるシート３０重ね合
せ部６を形成する端縁５の外層１１と金属輝面層１０を
必要に応じ接着層１２を欠損して欠損部１４を形成し、
欠損部１４に接着層１２あるいは多孔シート１３を露出
し、露出した接着層１２あるいは多孔シート１３と上位
のシート２の下面の熱接着性層１とを当接し、シート２
．３の重ね合せ部６の下面に、熱接着性を有する補強テ
ープ７をシート２．３の端縁４゜５に亘って熱接着した
ものであυ、補強テープ７の熱接着時の加熱加圧によっ
て上位のシート２の下面の熱接着層１と多孔シート１３
とが熱接着するものであり、第５図に示す如く金属輝面
層１０をアルミニウム箔によって形成した／−ト２．３
の場合にも同様に適用し得るものである。
本発明は片面に熱接着性層を形成した互に接続すべき二
枚のシートの端縁を、前記二枚のシートの前記熱接着性
層を同側として重ね合せて重ね合せ部を形成し、前記重
ね合せ部の前記二枚のシートの夫々の熱接着性層に亘っ
て熱接着性を有する補強テープを熱接着し、前記二枚の
シートを接続することを特徴とするシートの接続部であ
るから、特に軽量強靭な幅広シートの強度の大きい接続
部が得られるものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 片面に熱接着性層を形成した互に接続すべき二枚ノシー
    トの端縁を、前記二枚のシートの前記熱接着性層を同側
    として重ね合せて重ね合せ部を形成し、前記重ね合せ部
    の前記二枚のシートの夫々の熱接着性層に亘って熱接着
    性を有する補強テープを熱接着し、前記二枚のシートを
    接続することを特徴とするシートの接続部。
