Claims (6)
- (1)1対のフォーク足12によって保持される車軸を
中心として回転する車輪16に固定された環状の円板1
5と、7オ一ク足12に固定されて該円板15の周縁に
跨がっているブレーキ・キャリパ11とを有するオート
バイ用の円板ブレーキにおいて:前記環状の円板15が
その外周縁によって車輪16のリム22に、フォーク足
12に相対する限定軸方向遊びを許す取付手段17.1
8によって結合されることと、前記キャリパ11が前記
円板15の内周縁に跨がって位置することを特徴とjる
オートバイ用の円板ブレーキ。。 - (2)実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の円板ブレー
キにおいて:各結合手段が円板15の厚さよりも大きい
長さを有するブシュ18を貫通するボルト17を有し、
各ブシュ18が円板15の外周縁に設けた半径方向に細
長い穴19に、該ブシュ18と該穴との間に半径方向の
隙間20が生じ、前記円板15が前記穴19の半径方向
端縁に添って位置決めされるように収容されることを特
徴とするオートバイ用の円板ブレーキ。 - (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項または第2項
記載の円板ブレーキにおいて:キャリパ11が、互いに
離された1対の結合部材35.41によってフォーク足
12に結合され、前記キャリパ11が、前記結合部材4
1の1個を前記キャリパ11の他の一つとフォーク足1
2から完全に解放することなしに、前記フォーク足から
解放され得るように前記結合部材41の−っが前記キャ
リパ11の一つと前記フォーク足の開端されたスロット
40に係合することを特徴とするオートバイ用の円板ブ
レーキ。 - (4)実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項記載の円板ブレー
キにおいて:開端されたスロット4oが前記フォーク足
の突出部32に設けられ、前記結合部材41が前記キャ
リパ11の2部分間のスロット39内に突出部32を挾
みつけることを特徴とする、オートバイ用の円板ブレー
キ。 - (5)実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項または第4項記載
の円板ブレーキにおいて:他方の結合部材35がキャリ
パ11とフォーク足12の双方を貫通する速脱ピンであ
ることを特徴とする、オートバイ用の円板ブレーキ。 - (6) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項または第5項
記載の円板ブレーキにおいて:開端されたスロット4θ
がフォーク足12に彫金された突出部32A&と設けら
れ、且つ、−円板15に対して軸方向に整合して位置さ
れていることと、前記結合部材の一つ41が、キャリパ
本体の弾性ブシュ付きの穴内に挿嵌されるビンであるこ
ととを特徴とする、オートバイ用の円板ブレーキ。
