第1図は適所に取付けられた本考案に基(円板ブレーキ
を示しているオートバイのフォーク及び車輪を含む扇形
の一部分の立面図;第2図は車輪及び適所に取付けた円
板ブレーキの、第1図の■−n線に沿って切った半径方
向断面図;第3図は第2図に示された円板と取付手段の
拡大部分図;第4図は速脱ピンを示す第2図のIV−I
V線に沿った断面図;第5図は速脱ピンに代るボルトの
使用を示したIV−IV線に沿った断面図1第6図は第
1図の−VI−VI線に沿った断面図;第7図は円板ブ
レーキに使用される固定支持体上の突出部を示す断片図
である。 図面上、11は「キャリパ」;12は「フォーク柱」;
14は「摩擦パッド」;15は「円板」;16は「車輪
」;17は[ボルトに1’8は「ブシュ」;19は「穴
」;22は「リム」;21は「割ピンに29゜30は「
アームに31.32は「突出部」;35は「速脱ピン」
;40は「スロット」;41は「ピンチ・ボルト」を示
す。

Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. (1)1対のフォーク足12によって保持される車軸を
    中心として回転する車輪16に固定された環状の円板1
    5と、7オ一ク足12に固定されて該円板15の周縁に
    跨がっているブレーキ・キャリパ11とを有するオート
    バイ用の円板ブレーキにおいて:前記環状の円板15が
    その外周縁によって車輪16のリム22に、フォーク足
    12に相対する限定軸方向遊びを許す取付手段17.1
    8によって結合されることと、前記キャリパ11が前記
    円板15の内周縁に跨がって位置することを特徴とjる
    オートバイ用の円板ブレーキ。。
  2. (2)実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の円板ブレー
    キにおいて:各結合手段が円板15の厚さよりも大きい
    長さを有するブシュ18を貫通するボルト17を有し、
    各ブシュ18が円板15の外周縁に設けた半径方向に細
    長い穴19に、該ブシュ18と該穴との間に半径方向の
    隙間20が生じ、前記円板15が前記穴19の半径方向
    端縁に添って位置決めされるように収容されることを特
    徴とするオートバイ用の円板ブレーキ。
  3. (3)  実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項または第2項
    記載の円板ブレーキにおいて:キャリパ11が、互いに
    離された1対の結合部材35.41によってフォーク足
    12に結合され、前記キャリパ11が、前記結合部材4
    1の1個を前記キャリパ11の他の一つとフォーク足1
    2から完全に解放することなしに、前記フォーク足から
    解放され得るように前記結合部材41の−っが前記キャ
    リパ11の一つと前記フォーク足の開端されたスロット
    40に係合することを特徴とするオートバイ用の円板ブ
    レーキ。
  4. (4)実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項記載の円板ブレー
    キにおいて:開端されたスロット4oが前記フォーク足
    の突出部32に設けられ、前記結合部材41が前記キャ
    リパ11の2部分間のスロット39内に突出部32を挾
    みつけることを特徴とする、オートバイ用の円板ブレー
    キ。
  5. (5)実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項または第4項記載
    の円板ブレーキにおいて:他方の結合部材35がキャリ
    パ11とフォーク足12の双方を貫通する速脱ピンであ
    ることを特徴とする、オートバイ用の円板ブレーキ。
  6. (6)  実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項または第5項
    記載の円板ブレーキにおいて:開端されたスロット4θ
    がフォーク足12に彫金された突出部32A&と設けら
    れ、且つ、−円板15に対して軸方向に整合して位置さ
    れていることと、前記結合部材の一つ41が、キャリパ
    本体の弾性ブシュ付きの穴内に挿嵌されるビンであるこ
    ととを特徴とする、オートバイ用の円板ブレーキ。
