Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、積層板用基材へのワニス含浸方法に関する本
のでその目的とするところは積層板用基材へのワニス含
浸性を改良せしめ積層板の成形性、寸法安定性を向上せ
しめることにある。
従来、積層板用基材にワニスを含浸、乾燥（７でプリプ
レグを製造する場合、一般に下塗ワニス、上塗ワニスで
２段含浸処理したり、１個のディップロールを経てスク
イズロールで付着量を調整する方法がとられているが各
れの方法においても積層板用基材へのワニス含浸性が不
充分で空気を内在したプリプレグとなり積層板成形時に
空気を追い出すため高圧成形が必要とがり積層物に反り
、ネジレを発生する原因となっていた。
本発明の方法は上記欠点を解決する本ので、ガラス、ア
スベスト岬の無機繊維やポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポ
リビニルアルコール、アクリル等の有機合成繊維や木綿
等の天然繊維からなる織布、不織布又はマット、紙或は
これらの組合せ基材等の積層板用基材に噴霧家内で加圧
したフェノール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、不飽和ポリエステ
ル樹脂、メランン樹脂、ボリイｉ）″樹脂、ポリスルフ
ォン、ポリブタジェン、弗化樹脂、ポリブチレンテレフ
タレート、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン等の単独又は変
性物又は混合物郷に必要に応じて水、メチルアルコール
、アセトン、シクロヘキサノン、スチレン等の溶媒を添
加したワニスをスプレー等の噴霧装置で含浸させるため
、積層板用基材中に内在する空気がワニスに強制的［ｆ
ｆ１１換されワニスの充分含浸したプリプレグが得られ
、積層板成形時に空気を追い出す必要がないので高圧成
形が不要となり反り、ネジレのない積層板を得ることが
できるものである。加圧程度、噴霧装置の間隔郷Ｆｉ％
に限定するものでなく任意の条件でよい。
以下本発明の一実施例を図面により説明する。
１け積層板用基材で、基材１に噴霧室２内で加圧したワ
ニスを噴Ｗ装置３で含浸させるものである。
本発明の方法によりワニスが含浸された基材は基材中に
空気を内在していないため更にこの表面にワニスを含浸
させワニス付着量をあげることができる。ワニスが含浸
された基材の乾燥１巻取り、切断環は通常のプリプレグ
の製造で用いられる条件が用すられる。
以上説明したように本発明の積層板用基材へのワニス含
浸方法によれば基材中に内在する空気を追い出しワニス
含浸性を改良することができるので積層板成形時の高圧
成形が不要となり、反り、ネジレのない積層板を得るこ
とができるようになったものである。

  1. 積層板用基材に噴１ｓｉｉ内で加熱したワニスを噴霧装
    置で含浸させることを特徴とする積層板用基材へのワニ
    ス含浸方法。
