Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は台所の流し台の排水口に挿入して、流し台で生
じたゴミを完全に捕集し、台所のゴミが下水に流入する
のを防止でき、下水処理場での下水処理を簡易にしうる
ようとするものである。
流し台の排水口から大きなゴミが排水口に流入すると、
排水口を詰らせ、漏れの原因となるので、大きなゴミは
排水口に流入しないように、孔あき蓋が設けられている
。
しかしこのような蓋では、茶殻、飯粒などがどんどん通
過し、排水汚泥を富有機化する。
本案はこれらの微細なゴ□類を捕集して下水管の方へ流
入しないようにしたもので、図に示すように細かい目の
網をカップ１あるいはビーカー状に形威し、その開口部
周縁３に、中空円板状の軟質合成樹脂の鍔２をカップ１
と同心円状に内周縁を重ねて一体に設けたものである。
合成樹脂の鍔２としては塩化ビニールやポリエチレンの
シートから打ち抜いた中空円板をカップ１の開口部周縁
３を上下に２枚で挾み熱接着で一体に設けるか、カップ
１の開口部周縁３を鋳込んで鍔２を射出成形するように
してもよい。
カップ１の高さは流し台の排水口の底から入口１での高
さより低く作っておき、排水口にカップ１を挿入して用
いるものである。
カップ１を流し台の排水口内に沈むように挿入すると鍔
２は排水口内壁と密接し、カップ１の周囲と排水口内面
との間から排水管の方にゴミの漏れを防ぐことができる
。
このようにして細かいゴミ１で完全に捕集でき、水の流
通も良好である。
排水口の内径はメーカーによって異なるのでメーカー中
最犬の内径の排水口の内面に密着しうるよう鍔２の外形
を製作し、それより小さい内径の排水口内面円に相当す
る線４を、図のようにカップ１と同心円状に鍔２に印刷
あるいは凸条あるいは凹条で施しておけば、排水口の内
径に相当する外形に線４を利用して鍔２の外形を切るこ
とができるので、どのメーカーの流し台にも本案ゴミ捕
集器を用いることができる。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）網からなるカップの開口部周縁に、中空円板状の
    軟質合成樹脂の鍔をカップと同心円状に内周縁を重ねて
    一体に設けた流し台用ゴミ捕集器。
  2. （２）軟質合成樹脂の鍔には、カップと同心円状に線が
    施されている実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）項記載の流
    し台用ゴミ捕集器。
