Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、内視鏡に取り付け、鉗子等の処置具を挿入
使用できるようにした内視鏡用アダプター型処置具導入
装置に関するものである。
一般的に内視鏡は、人体の体腔内やエンジン等の機器内
等の外部より観察不能な部内を観察するために使用され
ている。また近年、特に体腔内を観察するために開発さ
れている内視鏡の多くは、単なる観察のみならず観察し
ながら異常部位を発見した場合、その異常部位の組繊細
胞を採取あるいは治療等の処置を行ない得るように処置
用の鉗子ＪＰ！気メスの導子等の処置具を挿入するため
の処置具導入用チャンネルを備えている。
しかしながら、内視鏡に一体的に処置具導入用チャンネ
ルを組み込むことは、内視鏡の所謂体腔内挿入部の外径
が太き（なり、被検者に対して苦痛を強いる結果となり
決して好ましい形態の内視鏡とは云えないものである。
またこのように被検者の苦痛を考慮して体腔内挿入部の
外径寸法を規制した場合、組み込み可能な処置具導入用
チャンネルの内径寸法が小さくならざるを得す、従って
処置具自身を細（しなければならないものである。
このような実情に鑑みて、これまでに処置具導入用チャ
ンネルを内視鏡本体に必要に応じて取り付けるアダプタ
ー型処置具導入装置が、昭和５６年実用新案出願公告第
８６４２号公報あるいは昭和５２年実用新案出願公開第
４１９８３号公報等によって提案されている。
前者の上記昭和５６年実用新案出願公告第８６４２号公
報に開示されたアダプター型処置具導入装置は、内視鏡
の体腔内挿入部の外周面に付設したレール状の誘導路と
処置具導入用チャンネルを形成するチューブの外周面に
付設した誘導体を嵌合させるようにしたものであり、ま
た後者の昭和５２年実用新案出願公開第４１９８３号公
報に開示された内視鏡は処置具導入用チャンネル形成す
るチューブの先端部のみを内視鏡先端部に設けた貫通孔
に連結する形態のものである、 従って、前者の装置は内視鏡ｒｃ予じめレール状の誘導
路を付設しなければならないものであり、また後者の装
置は処置具導入用チャンネルを形成するチューブの先端
部を固定的に連結するだめの貫通孔を予じめ内視鏡先端
部に設けておかなげればならないものであり、またチュ
ーブの中間部分を固定する手段がな（使用に際しチュー
ブと内視鏡の体腔内挿入部とが絡み合う可能性があるも
のである。
この発明は、以上に述べたような内視鏡用アダプター型
処置具導入装置の欠点なり難点なりを解決すると共に使
用に際して扱いやすい内視鏡用アダプター型処置具導入
装置を提供するものである。また、この発明は、処置具
の導入に加えて導入された処置具の先端部を揺動させ被
処置部位に位置させることができるようにした装置を提
供するものである。
更にまた、この発明は、内視鏡に一体的に取り付は可能
であると共に容易に取り外し可能な内視鏡用アダプター
型処置具導入装置を提供するものである。
以下、この発明による内視鏡用アダプター型処置具導入
装置の一実施例を添付図面に基づき詳細に説明する。
ｓ１図に示した内視鏡１０は、先端部１１゜手元操作部
１２及びこれら両部を連結し先端１１と共に所謂体腔内
挿入部を形成する連結部１３からなる。かかる内視鏡１
０は、先端部１１の照明窓１１ａを介して照明された観
察部内を観察窓１１ｂを介し図示せぬ観察光学系によっ
て伝送された像をアイピース１２ａにて観察可能とした
ものである。また、この内視鏡１０は観察窓１１ｂ等が
体液等にて汚れた場合に、手元操作部１２の送水ボタン
１２ｂ及び送気ボタン１２ｃを操作し先端部１１に設げ
た送水・送気ノズル１１ｃより洗浄液及び空気を噴出さ
せて洗浄するよつＫした洗浄装置等を具備する周知の側
視型内視鏡である。
上記構成の内視鏡１０に取り付は使用されるこの発明に
係わる内視鏡用アダプター型処置具導入装置は、第２図
において符号２０で示す。この装置２０は、処置具導入
用チャンネルを形成するチューブ２１、このチューブ２
１の先端側に固装された先端装着部２２、この先端装着
部２２に一端が固装（％に固装する必要性はない）され
た被覆用チューブ２３、及び上記チューブ２１の尾端近
（に設げられた操作部取り付は部２４とを有する。
上記先端装着部２２は、チューブ２１の先端開口（図示
せず）に連通ずる処置具制御室２２ａと、内視鏡１０の
先端部１１を挿入嵌装するための先端部嵌入室２２ｂと
を備える。
上記処置具制御室２２ａ内には、チューブ２１を通して
導入され処置具制御室の開口２２ａ′より導出される鉗
子、カテーテルあるいは電気メス導子等の処置具３０の
先端部近（に係合し揺動させ処置具３０の先端部の方向
を制御するための揺動片４０が設けられている。この揺
動片４０は第４図に示す如（軸４１に枢支され第５図に
示す如（チューブ２１に一体的に設げられたワイヤー挿
通孔２１ｍを通して引ぎ通された操作ワイヤー５０の先
端に接続されている。また、この操作ワイヤー５０は、
その尾端がチューブ２１の尾端近くより外に導き出され
操作部取り付は部２４に軸６１により枢支された操作レ
バー６０に接続されている。
上記先端装着部２２の先端部嵌入室２２ｂは、内視鏡１
０の先端部１１を挿入嵌装状態において照明窓１１′ａ
及び観察窓１１ｂを露出させる開口２２ｂ′が設けられ
ているものである。
また、この装置２０における被覆用チューブ２３は、加
熱処理等により収縮する性質を有する合成樹脂製チュー
ブによって形成され、内視鏡１０に取り付ける際に、そ
の取り付ける除圧、その取り付は操作が行ない易いよう
に第２図に示すように先端側へ巻き上げてお（ことが好
ましい。なお、この被覆用チューブ２３は後述するよう
に被覆した際に加熱処理等により処置具導入用チャンネ
ルを形成するチューブ２１及び内視鏡１０の連結部１２
の外周部に密着被覆した状態となり取り外しが困難とな
る可能性がある。そのために、この実施例においては、
予じめ被覆用チューブ２３の長手方向に治って封切り用
部材２３ａが添設されている。ただし、上記被覆用チュ
ーブ２３がゴム等の伸縮性に富む材質によって形成され
ている場合には、そのような対策は不要であることは云
うまでもない。
この装置２０における上記操作部取り付は部２４は、既
に説明したチューブ２１０尾端近（を固定しかつ上記操
作レバー６０を有する合板部分２４ｍと、この合板部分
２４ｍを内視鏡１００手元操作部１２の側面部１２ｄに
密着固定保持させるための二本のベルト２４ｂ及び２４
ｃとからなる。
以上のように構成された内視鏡用アダプター型処置具導
入装置２０は、使用に際して以下のようにして内視鏡１
０に取り付ることかでき、かつ使用される。
まず、内視鏡１０へこの内視鏡用アダプター型処置具導
入装置２０を取り付けるに際しては、最初に第２図に示
されたような状態におかれた被覆用チューブ２３を通し
て内視鏡１０の先端部１１を装置２０の先端装着部２２
の先端部嵌入室２２ｂへ挿入し、次いで被覆用チューブ
２３を巻き解きながら先端部側より内視鏡１０の連結部
１３と処置具導入用チャンネルを形成するチューブ２１
とを一緒にして被覆すると共に操作部取り付は部２４を
ベル）２４ｂ及び２４ｃにより内視鏡１００手元操作部
１２に装着し、その後、被覆用チューブ２３を手元側に
引っ張り且つ捩れ等がないことを確認した上で適当な温
水あるいは熱風等の加熱手段により被覆用チューブ２３
を収縮させる。ただし最後の操作は被覆用チューブ２３
の材質にゴム等の伸縮性に富む材質を用いた場合は不要
である。
以上のようにして内視鏡用アダプター型処置具導入装置
２０が取り付けられた内視鏡１０は、チューブ２１０手
元側聞口より処置具を挿入し使用することにより従来よ
り良く知られた処置具導入用チャンネル組み込み型内視
鏡と全く同じように観察しながら目的部位に処置具先端
を誘導させて所望の処置を施こすことかできるものであ
る。
また、この内視鏡用アダプター型処置具導入装置２０を
内視鏡１０より取り外す場合には、第３図に示された封
切（り用部材２３ａの一端を先端部方向へ引っ張ること
により第６図のように被覆用チューブ２３が封切りされ
容易に取り外すことができるものである。なお、被覆用
チューブ２３に伸縮性チューブを利用した場合には、先
端部側へ巻き上げる操作によって被覆用チューブを取り
外すことができるものである。
以上に述べたように、この発明による内視鏡用アダプタ
ー型処直真導入装置によれば、処置具導入用チャンネル
が組み込まれていない内視鏡に取り付けることにより、
観察しながら処置共を導入して適当な処置を行なうこと
ができること、処置具導入用チャンネルが組み込まれた
内視鏡に取り付けることにより、二つの処置具を使用し
例えば一方の処置具にて切り取り採用すべき組繊細胞を
引き伸ばし他方の処置具によってその部分を切断すると
いうような処置を施こすことができること、更に処置具
導入用チャンネルを形成するチューブの内径が例えば１
．８　ｍ／ｍ　、　２．８　ｍ１ｍ　。
４、　Ｏｍ／ｍ　　というように異なるものを用意する
ことにより外洋寸法の異なる処置共の使用が可能になる
こと、あるいは、この内視鏡用アダプター型処置具導入
装置が安価に製作することができるので使い捨てにする
ことができ消毒が容易となり極めて衛生的になること等
々の効果を奏するものである。

Claims (5)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）観察窓等を備える先端部、アイピース等を備える
    手元操作部、及び前記両部を接続する連結部とからなる
    内視鏡の外側に並列的に添設し用いられる処置具導入装
    置において、先端開口を上記先端部近傍に、また尾端開
    口を上記手元操作部近傍に配した処置具案内用チューブ
    を上記連結部に一体的に添設するために上記連結部と上
    記処置具案内用チューブを包括して被覆する被覆手段を
    備える内視鏡用アダプター型処置具導入装置。
  2. （２）上記被覆手段は熱収縮性材からなるチューブであ
    ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項記載の内視鏡
    用アダプター屋処置具導入装置。
  3. （３）観察窓等を備える先端部、アイピース等を備える
    手元操作部及び前記両部を接続する連結部とからなる内
    視鏡の外側に並列的罠添設される処置具案内用チューブ
    を少な（とも備える処置具導入装置において、上記処置
    具案内用チューブの先端開口に連接され処置具先端部□
    を揺動させる処置具揺動手段を有し上記内視鏡の先端部
    に着脱自在な処置具導出手段と、上記処置具揺動手段を
    制御すべ（一端が上記処置具揺動手段と接続され上記処
    置具案内用チューブに沿って手元操作部近くに他端が引
    き出された操作用ワイヤーとを少なくとも備えたことを
    特徴とする内視鏡用アダプター壓処置具導入装置。
  4. （４）上記操作用ワイヤーは、処置具案内用チューブに
    一体的に設けられたワイヤー挿通路を通して引き通され
    ていることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第３項記載の内
    視鏡用アダプター型処置具導入装置。
  5. （５）上記操作用ワイヤーは、その他端が内祝鏡の手元
    操作部に着脱自在な処置具揺動操作手段に連接されてい
    ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第３項または第４項
    記載の内視鏡用アダプター型処置具導入装置。
