Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は染料あるいはその他の化学物質を織物に転写捺
染または移転させるための転写用組成物に関し、特に同
一出願人に対する英国特許第１．２８４，８２４号なら
びに英国特許出願第５３０１３／７２号および第１４８
４０／７３号に記載された転写方法に適する転写用組成
物に関するものである。
前記のその他の化学物質の例は、防虫剤、収縮防止剤、
柔軟化剤、撥水剤、平滑仕上剤、帯電防止剤等である。
本発明の転写用組成物は、フマル酸樹脂、マレイン酸樹
脂または樹脂酸のカルシウム塩が３０ないし７０％、エ
チルセルソルブあるいはニトロセルロースをアセトフェ
ノンまたはベンゾフェノンとともにフタル酸ブチルに溶
解したものが１２ないし３２係、スルファ□ン酸、クエ
ン酸および硫酸水素カリウムのうち少くとも１種が４な
いし２０％であり残部が染料または前記の化学物質であ
る混合物を溶剤に分散または溶解させたものである。
前記の溶剤としては、各種の脂肪族または芳香族アルコ
ールが利用出来る。
例えばエチルアルコール、プロピルアルコール、イソプ
ロピルアルコール等の鎖状炭素原子数６以下のアルコー
ルが挙げられる。
なお、アルコールは水との混合物であッテモ良い。
マタ、ベンジルアルコール、ベンソイルアルコール、こ
レラのアルコールのエーテルおよびエステル、環式ケト
ン、トルエン、キレシンならびにその他各種のメチル基
またはエチル基を有する芳香族化合物も利用出来る。
実施例 １ 染料１６係、フマル酸樹脂５０％、エチルセルソルブ２
２係およびスルファミン酸１２係から成る混合物を調整
した。
この混合物を分散または溶解させる溶剤としては次の物
が適していた。
５０１５０のアルコール−水混合物、純アルコール、ト
ルエンまたはトルエンに類似したベンゼンのメチルまた
はエチル誘導体。
実施例 ２ 染料２４係、フマル酸樹脂５０係、エチルセルソルブ２
０ないし２２係、スルファミン酸４ないし６係の混合物
を調整し、実施例筒１に記載した溶剤に分散または溶解
させた。
これら二実施例の組成物は、適当な紙の表面に例えば１
ｄあたり５０ｇの密度で付着させて用いることを意図し
て調整した。
本発明の組成物に染料を使用する場合は、木綿用反応性
染料または羊毛用反応性染料が適しており、トリマレン
（Ｄｒｉｍａｒｅｎｅｓ） 、トリマラン（Ｄｒｉｍａ
ｌａｎｓ） 、ラナゾール（Ｌａｎａｓｏｌｓ）あるい
はベラフィックス（Ｖｅｒａｆｉｘ）等の名称で市販さ
れている物が利用出来る。
これらの染料を用いた本発明の組成物によって、羊毛、
絹等の動物繊維、ポリアミド（ナイロン）、木綿および
その他のセルロース系繊維製品に対する転写捺染が出来
る。
また、上記の染料の代りにマスロン（Ｍａｓｕｌｏｎｓ
）。
テラジル（Ｔｅ ｒａｓｉ Ｉｓ）等の塩基性染料ある
いは分散型染料を含む組成物を使用すれば、アクリル繊
維、ポリエステル繊維、ポリウレタン繊維、ポリカーボ
ネート繊維等の製品に対して捺染することも出来る。
紙に付着させた本発明の組成物を織物に移転させるため
には、紙と織物を密着させて加圧し、その状態で熱を加
える。
加熱は放射、伝導および対流の何れの方式によっても良
く、熱源としては蒸気、高周波、抵抗発熱体等を含む各
種のものが利用出来る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ フマル酸樹脂またはマレイン酸樹脂３０ないし７０
    ％、エチルセルソルブ、あるいはニトロセルロースをア
    セトフェノンまたはベンゾフェノンとともにフタル酸ブ
    チルに溶解したもの１２ないし３２係、スルファミン酸
    、クエン酸および硫酸水素カリウムのうち少くとも１種
    ４ないし２０％、ならびに残部の染料等の化学物質から
    成る混合物を溶剤に分散または溶解させて成る織物に対
    する転写用組成物。
