Claims (1)
- 表面に錫膜が形成されたリードを、半導体チップ側の電
極に対向させて加圧・加熱によりポンディソゲしてなる
半導体装置において、半導体チップ側の電極最上層を銀
層で形成してなり、Ａｇ−８ｎ共晶によってリードを電
極にボンディングすることを特徴とする半導体装置。
