Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、配管継手の仮組みを行なうための配とにより
行なうのが一般であった。また、突合せ継手においては
、開先部の隙間の確保が溶接部の性能に大きな影響を及
ぼすが、従来においては。
その都度すきまゲージを開先部に差込んで調整していた
。このために、仮組作業に際しては２組立要員のほか必
らず溶接部を必要とし、仮溶接をしながら、その都度、
隙間調整（例えば、２〜３ｍ＋）をする必要があり２手
数を要するという欠点があった。
本発明の目的は、仮組時の溶接作業を不要にし上記した
従来の欠点を解消する配管仮組み治具を提供するにある
。
本発明は、一対の半割り治具をボルトによって配管の突
合せ（継手）部に締けけてパイプと継手（又はパイプ）
とを整列し２両者の接触部にスペーサを介し、開先部の
隙間を自動的に確保するようにしたものである。以下１
図を示し本発明を説明する。
第１図は本発明の実施例を示す斜視図であり。
第２図は第１図に°おけるｌｌ−１面断面図である。
また、第３図は配管部の断面図である。
パイプ〕とエルボ２の突合せ時の外形に沿った形状の半
割り治具本体が３である。半割り治具本体３は、パイプ
１とエルボ２の突合せ時における平面方向から重ね合せ
できる溝部を有し、一端がヒンジ４によって結合されて
開閉自在とされ、他端が締付ボルト５によって一体に固
定しうる構造となっている。さらに、第３図に示す開先
部の隙間り位置に該当する部位の半割り治具本体３の一
内に所定厚みを有するスペーサ７が介在するように治具
本体３内部に該スば一す７が取付けられている。
半割り治具本体３をパイプｌおよびエルボ２に。
その外形に沿ってかぶせたのち締付ボルト５によって固
定する。この過程においてスズーサ６は開先先端部の間
隙り内に入り、開先部の隙間は自動的に確保される。半
割り治具本体３の仮付けが完了したのち、必要な時期に
のぞき窓７から仮溶接し、治具本体３を取外して、引続
き本溶接を行なうことにより、一連の作業は終了する。
以上より明らかな如く本発明によれば、配管の仮組作業
に際し、溶接具を要することなく作業を行なうことがで
き、また開先部の隙間調整も自動的に行なえるため２作
業能率が向上する。
なお９以上の実施例においては、パイプとエルボの突合
せ継手を例に説明したが、これに限らずパイプ同志の直
管継手、チーズ等によるＴ継手等。
広く配管継手に適用することができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）配管の突合せ部の外形形状に沿った形状の半分を
    各々が有する着脱可能な一対の半割り治具本体と、該半
    割り治具本体の閉合にともなって前記突合せ部の隙間内
    に挿入される隙間調整部材と、前記突合せ部を目視可能
    な如く前記半割り治具本体の一部を開口してなる開口部
    とを具備することを特徴とする配管仮組み治具。
