Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属部材よりなるステムの上面にペレットを固着すると
    ともに、外部導出リードをステムに絶縁して貫通植設し
    、ペレットと外部導出リードとの間を内部金属細線にて
    配線して、ペレットを含む主要部分を、キャップにて気
    密封止したものにおいて、上記外部導出リードの頂頭部
    に、内部金属細線切断用の立上り部を形成する突縁を設
    けたことを特徴とする半導体装置。
