    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子ビームを試料に照射し試料から発生する螢光Ｘ線を
    分光積面で分光してＸ線検出器で試料の元素の二次元分
    布を測定するものにおいて、試料と分光結晶との間に設
    けられたソーラースリットを設け、このソーラースリッ
    トの形状を菱形め平行四辺彫型とし、ソーラースリット
    を通過する螢光Ｘ線の開き角が全ての分析、へにおいて
    一定となるように構成したことを特徴とするマクロアナ
    ライザ装置。
