Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a laminated inductor with good characteristics by alternately laminating oxides such as porcelain or the like and conductors on a substrate by thin film formation means wherein conductive paths connecting from the layer to the layer of the oxides are formed by a conductor and a vacuum thin film formation technique is applied without depending on a printing method. CONSTITUTION:A negative electrode 1 and a ground electrode 5 are opposed in a vacuum chamber sealed argon gas and a high-frequency voltage is applied across the electrodes 1 and 5 and a metallic or oxide board 2 is held to the surface of the electrode 1 and a substrate 4 for evaporation is arranged on the surface of the ground electrode 5 and a mask 3 is arranged on the substrate 4. And an oxide film 10 such as an oxide magnetic substance or porcelain is formed on the substrate 4. Next, the oxide board 2 is replaced with other oxide source and the mask 3 is also changed to form a conductor 11 at a part of the film 10. And oxide board 2 and the mask 3 are successively replaced and oxide films 12, 14... and conductors 13, 15... are alternately formed to manufacture a laminated inductance with good characteristics without depending on a printing method.
