Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a small-sized element having high inductance by alternately laminating electrically insulative layer and metal pattern for forming coil by printing method and connecting one end of the pattern to one end of adjacent pattern through a hole of the insulative layer.
CONSTITUTION: On an electrically insulative layer 1, metal patterns 3 having terminal 2 are printed by an electrically conductive paint. Then the electrically insulative paint is printed as leaving holes 5 of the metal patterns 3 and terminals 2 to form electrically insulative layer 4. Then, metal patterns 6 are printed by electrically conductive paint. In this time, one end of the patterns 6 is to be laid on an end of the pattern 3 declosed through the hole 5. Next, as leaving hole 7 to declose an another end of pattern, insulative layer 8 is printed. Then these steps are repeated to form a desired inductance element. Thus, an element having suffi ciently high inductance and being small-sized and adapted to mass production can be obtained.
