Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate mass production in parallel output pattern and make easy control of process and quality by alternately printing an insulator lager and a conductor both consisting of resin containing a magnetic substance in such manner that a laminated coil may be formed as a whole. CONSTITUTION:First, an insulator layer consisting of epoxy resin containing ferrite magnetic powder and a small quantity of silica powder, etc. is printed in a rectangular form on the surface of a plastic sheet. After thermosetting, a conductor 2 is printed with an electroconductive paste containing pulverized copper and then is dried. In such case, a lead wire a of the conductor 2 is exposed on the edge of the insulator. Next, the second insulator layer 3 is printed in such way that the end of the conductor 2 is exposed. Following this step, the second conductor 4 connected to the end of the conductor 2 is printed and further, an insulator layer 5 is printed at the left part of a laminate in such manner that the end of the conductor 4 is exposed. In addition, a conductor 6 of hook shape connected to the end of the conductor 4 is printed all the way upto the insulator layer 5. In this way, alternate printing is made to build up a laminated layer.
