Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate mass production in parallel output pattern and make easy control of process and quality by alternately printing an insulator layer and a conductor layer in such maner that a laminated coil may be formed as a whole. CONSTITUTION:First an epoxy insulator layer 1 is printed in a rectangular from on a plastic sheet surface. After thermocuring, a conductor 2 is printed with an electroconductive paste and then is dried. At that time, a lead wire a of the conductor 2 is exposed at the edge of an insulator. Following this procedure, the second insulator layer 3 of epoxy resin is printed in a laminar form in such way that the end of the conductor 2 is exposed. The second conductor 4 of hook shape connected to the conductor 2 is printed. Next, an insulator layer 5 is printed at the left part of a laminate in such way that the end of the conductor 4 is exposed. In addition, a conductor 6 of hook shape connected to the end of the conductor 4 is printed all the way upto the insulator layer 5. In this manner, alternate printing is made to build up a liminated layer. As a result, mass production is feasible.
