Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminated chip inductor in a short period by a method wherein a magnetic element, having one end part of the continuous internal conductor element of less than one turn exposed on the upper surface and other end part being exposed to the lower surface, is manufactured and both end parts of said conductive element are laminated in such a manner that they are conducted. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic element 200 is laminated repeatedly until the prescribed thickness is obtained. An internal conductor element 201 having an internal conductor element 301 is laminated, and one end of said element 201 is connected to an external electrode 41. On the laminated body, the magnetic elements 205, 211 and 215, having an internal conductor element, are laminated in such a manner that the internal conductor element will be conducted with each other. The above-mentioned process is repeated until the prescribed number of turns is obtained, the magnetic element 221 having an internal conductor element 321 is laminated, and one end of which is connected to the external electrode 45.
