Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a thick conductor pattern and reduce the resistance of the conductor part substantially by a method wherein, when a half turn of a conductor pattern is printed, a half turn of a conductor pattern formed beforehand is printed twice. CONSTITUTION:An approximately half turn conductor pattern 21 and a conductor pattern 31 are formed on a relatively thick magnetic substance layer 11. Then a magnetic substance layer 12 is applied to the part of the magnetic substance layer 11 where the pattern 31 is formed. With this process, the pattern 21 is exposed and the pattern 31 is covered with the magnetic substance layer 12. A half turn conductor pattern 22 is printed on the magnetic substance layer 12. At that time, the end of the pattern 22 is extended onto the magnetic substance layer 11 to be jointed with the pattern 21 and so formed as to overlap almost all the surface of the pattern 21. Then a magnetic substance layer 13 is applied to cover the conductor pattern on the right side. In the same way, an approximately half turn conductor pattern 23 is printed so as to overlap the pattern 22. Then a magnetic substance layer 14 and a conductor pattern 24 are formed by printing.
