Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to form in a thin type and to miniaturize the inductance element by a method wherein after a magnetic material is applied on a substrate, an insulating paint is applied on it, moreover an inductive paint is applied on it and is dried to form a printed inductor, and the plural inductors are laminated and the respective layers are connected with respective paints. CONSTITUTION:After the magnetic paint 2 is applied on the insulating substrate 1 to 20-30mum thickness and is dried, the insulating paint 3 is applied on it exposing the magnetic material in the longitudinal direction and is dried. Moreover the inductive paint 4 is applied on it and is dried, and the insulating paint 3-1 is imposed on the insulating paint 3 remaining the both ends of the conductors unimposed and the laminated layer is again dried. The magnetic paint 2-1 is applied on it in succession to cover the magnetic paint 2 and is dried. Moreover the insulating paint 3-2, the inductive paint 4-1, the inductive paint 4-2 are applied in order and are dried to form the inductor. Because the inductor has the laminated structure forming a magnetically closed circuit with the magnetic paint and a conductor with the conductive paint as mentioned above, formation in the thin type and miniaturization of the inductance element becomes possible.
