Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a printed laminate coil with a desired inductance value, by laminating type I-IV spiral conductive coils with type I and II insulating magnetic material layers. CONSTITUTION:A type I spiral conductive coil 12 printed on an upper surface of a non-magnetic insulation substrate 10 is provided with an initial end 12a, where an electrode 14a on one side is connected, and it is spirally coiled clockwise and attains to a nearly central position (an innermost position) to have a final and 12b there. A type I insulating magnetic material layer 16, a type II spiral conductive coil 20, a type II insulating magnetic material layer 24, a type III spiral conductive coil layer 28, an insulating magnetic material layer 32, and type IV spiral conductive coil layer 36 are printed serially on the conductive coil 12 layer. A spiral coil of four-layered structure is laminated above the insulation substrate 10, and desired inductance can be obtained by magnetic induction of the insulating magnetic material layers 16, 24, 32.
