Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the laminated coil with which a stable operation can conducted when it is used for a motor by a method wherein a substrate and a coil sheet are laminated and integrally sintered, the terminal of an external electrode and a coil conductor pattern are electrically conducted by passing them through a through hole, and a multiphased coil is formed. CONSTITUTION:A coil conductor pattern 12 is composed of the pattern to be used to form the pattern connected to an input-output terminal and a train of coils, and through holes 16 are formed on the input-output terminals 15 and on the center part of each coil conductor pattern 12. The lower coil sheet 14 has through holes 16, the upper coil sheet 13 and the lower coil sheet 14 are laminated in such a manner that the through holes will be in coincidence with each other. The coil conductor pattern 12 of the upper and the lower coil sheets 13 and 14 is conducted by inserting a conductive material into the through holes 16, and a one-phase coil is formed. Accordingly, as the laminated coil has a good heat conductivity, stabilized torque can be obtained when it is built-in in a motor, and a reliable motor can also be obtained.
