Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize standardization of components of a hybrid integrated circuit device, by electrically connecting an inner electrode of a spiral inductor and an electrode of an external circuit pattern to each other through a thick film printed electrode and a dielectric. CONSTITUTION:An angular spiral inductor 2 which has an inner electrode 3 as a starting point, an outer electrode 4 of the inductor, and an electrode 5 of an external circuit pattern which also serves as a lower conductor of a thick film printed capacitor are together printed on an insulating substrate 1. Moreover, an upper electrode 7 of the thick film printed capacitor is so disposed on the electrode 5 of the external circuit pattern through a dielectric 6 as to be opposite thereto, and the electrode 3 and the upper electrode 7 are connected each other through a contact part 8. As a result, a hybrid integrated circuit device is realized as a circuit which comprises the inductor 2 and the thick film capacitor 9 connected in series each other. Accordingly, the standardization of the components of the hybrid integrated circuit device can be performed without being limited by both the size and the number of turns of the inductor 2.
