Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the connection of the primary winding with polarity error when connecting wires by making one of two lead wires of a high-voltage transformer longer than the other and installing terminals on a printed circuit board mounted with a control circuit and a filter. CONSTITUTION:Terminals 30, 31 of lead wires 32, 33 of the primary winding 16 of a high-voltage transformer 6 and terminals 35, 36 to connect an inverter circuit 37 are provided on a printed circuit board 34 mounted with a semiconductor switch, a resonance capacitor, a control circuit to control the semiconductor switch, and a filter. The lead wires 32, 33 differ in length, the length of the lead wire 32 is shorter, the terminal 30 can not reach the terminal 36 and can not be connected to it. The primary winding 16 of the transformer 6 can be connected to the inverter circuit with no polarity error according to this constitution. The life of a magnetron is thus assured, and the reliability can be improved.
