Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid a short-circuit upon disposing of a wiring by forming an alumite film on the surface of the wiring made of aluminum. CONSTITUTION:A wiring 25 is formed of an aluminum core 27 and an alumite film 29. An electrode pad 21 disposed in advance at a semiconductor element 17 is ultrasonic-wire bonded to a conductor pattern 13 by the wiring 25 to complete a semiconductor device 31. A contact wiring is recognized between the corner (p) of the element 17 and the wiring 25, and the electric insulation of the wiring 25 is held by the film 29, and it is not short-circuited.
