Abstract

PURPOSE:To form an inductance element by a film forming technique, to improve mounting density, and to provide an inductance element in which its circuit design is freely performed by covering a magnetic layer formed on a first conductor layer formed on an insulating substrate with a second conductor layer. CONSTITUTION:A first conductor layer 2 is formed on an insulating substrate 1 made of glass or the like. A magnetic layer 3 made of ferrite or the like is formed partly on the layer 2, the layer 3 is further covered with a second conductor layer 4, and formed on the layer 2. Thus, the magnetic material is enclosed with the conductor to provide an inductance similarly to a coil 5 to which a magnetic material 6 is inserted.
