A ''Permalloy '' pattern layer that transfers and detects the bubble magnetic domain is laminated on the patterns 1 and 9 via an insulated layer of the spin-coated resin. With such memory element, the uniform and good spacing is obtained between the bubble holding layer and the ''Permalloy '' layer.
