Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the small-sized and integrated inductance element by a method wherein I character type metalized films are printed on both sides of a magnetic sheet and the metalized film is applied to the edge face thereof to form an electrode, and the sheets are laminated shifting at 180 deg. alternately and is baked. CONSTITUTION:The I character type metalized films 21-24 are printed along the edge line of the surfaces of the magnetic sheets 11-14 of 20-50mum thickness being formed in a sheet type with ferrite particles and an organic binder, and metalized films 31-34 are printed on the back faces as to come at a right angle with the surfaces respectively to form electrodes. Then with regard to the magnetic sheet 11, for example, the liquid metal is applied on the edge part encountering the metalized film 21 with 31 at the edge faces to form an edge part 41a or 41b, and the both electrodes on the surface and the back face are short-circuited. The plural magnetic sheets thereof are accumulated making the sheets adjoining one above another to rotate at 180 deg. and pressure welding by heating is performed and is backed to make the laminated chip type inductance element as shown in the figure 2. Accordingly the coil has no winding enabling to be formed in small size, and the inductance element of low cost having a faborable reproducibility and a high reliability can be obtained.
