The lamination film 7 is diffused on the surface layer of the magnetic core formed with permalloy with this heat treatment, showing the operation of cured layer. As inorganic substance to be used, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, B, Si are employed. It is preferable to form cured layer having <=0.3mum thickness, and if this value is over, the reproducing characteristics of the magnetic head can be deteriorated greatly.
