Abstract
PURPOSE: Soybean protein, water and raw meat are kneaded together, formed into shapes and heated in oil so that the expansion may be prevented, then frozen, thus producing said fried food that has high nutrition, can be stored by refrigeration and retains the shape when boiled.
CONSTITUTION: Soybean protein is kneaded mainly with water, when needed, with fat and egg and then 15W30wt% of ground or pasty meat of chicken, pork or beef is mixed with the product and formed into an appropriate shape. They are heated in oil so as to prevent the expansion, then frozen.
