Abstract

PURPOSE: A fish is dressed into three pieces, the skinless fillets free from bones is seasoned with a seasoning such as salt, roasted to such a level as a scorch pattern is formed on the surface and frozen, thus making frozen roasted fish, which is unnecessary to be roasted on cooking.
