Abstract
PURPOSE: A SENBEI blended with meat rich in protein and calcium content, having high nutritive value, obtained by adding fround edible meat to ingredients for SENBEI.
CONSTITUTION: A SENBEI is prepared by a well-known method from raw ingredients comprising (A) 0.5W100wt% ground edible meat, e.g., chicken, pork, beef, etc., (B) 0W70wt% powdered bone of chicken, pig, cattle, fish, etc. and/or calcium powder, (C) 0W70wt% ground liver of chicken, pig, cattle, etc. and the rest of wheat flour and/or rice powder and/or potato powder and subsidiary ingredients, e.g., egg, sesame, etc., and seasonings, e.g., sugar, salt, etc. The total amount of B+C is 0W70wt%, preferably the amount of A is 0.5W70wt% and the total amount of A+ B+C is 0.5W70wt%.
