Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.車両ブレーキシステムに用いられるポンプユニットであって、ポンプハウ ジング(30,31,32)と、該ポンプハウジングにフランジ締結された電動 モータ(20,40)とが設けられており、該電動モータ(20,40)が、少 なくとも1つのモータ固定用ねじ(60,60′)によってポンプハウジング( 30,31,32)に対して保持されており、該モータ固定用ねじ(60,60 ′)が、ポンプハウジング(30,31,32)にねじ込まれた雄ねじ山と、電 動モータ(20,40)に支持されたねじヘッドとを有しており、当該ポンプユ ニットが、少なくとも1つの結合部を介して少なくとも間接的に車両ボディに機 械的に位置固定可能である形式のものにおいて、モータ固定用ねじ(60,60 ′)のねじヘッド(66)が、前記結合部(80)の一方の結合部分(81,8 1′)を形成していて、該一方の結合部分(81,81′)が、前記結合部(8 0)の、車両ボディ(70)側に設けられた、対応する他方の結合部分(82, 82′)に作用する目的で設けられていることを特徴とする、車両ブレーキシス テムに用いられるポンプユニット。 2.車両ボディ(70)に、フレキシブルな材料から成る成形部材(74,7 4′)が取り付けられてお り、該成形部材(74,74′)に他方の結合部分(82)が設けられている、 請求項1記載のポンプユニット。 3.前記成形部材(74,74′)が、車両ボディ側(70)に設けられた凹 部(72,72′)に嵌め込まれている、請求項2記載のポンプユニット。 4.ねじヘッド(66)が円筒状の外面(66d)を有しており、対応する他 方の結合部分(82,82′)が円筒状の内面(76)を有しており、ねじヘッ ド(66)の円筒状の外面(66d)が、他方の結合部分の円筒状の内面(76 )に係合している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のポンプユニット。 5.ねじヘッド(66)に、端面側で接近可能な、内部に位置する回転連行部 (66f)が設けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のポンプ ユニット。 6.ねじヘッド(66)に、半径方向に突出した段部(66c)が設けられて おり、該段部(66c)に他方の結合部分(82,82′)が当接するようにな っている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のポンプユニット。 7.前記段部(66c)が、モータ固定用ねじ(60,60′)の周面に環状 に設けられている、請求項6記載のポンプユニット。 8.第2のモータ固定用ねじ(60′)が設けられ ている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のポンプユニット。 9.当該ポンプユニットを車両ボディ(70)に少なくとも間接的に固定する ために働く固定用ねじ(90)を螺合させるための少なくとも1つのねじ山(8 8,88′)がポンプハウジング(30,31,32)に設けられている、請求 項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のポンプユニット。 10.前記ねじ山(88,88′)が雌ねじ山(88,88′)である、請求 項9記載のポンプユニット。 11.前記ねじ山(88,88′)が2つ設けられている、請求項9または1 0記載のポンプユニット。 12.前記固定用ねじ(90)と車両ボディ(70)との間に、フレキシブル な材料から成る成形部材(94)が設けられており、該成形部材(94)に前記 固定用ねじ(90)が少なくとも間接的に作用している、請求項9から11まで のいずれか1項記載のポンプユニット。 13.前記結合部(80,81,82)が差込み結合部である、請求項1から 12までのいずれか1項記載のポンプユニット。
