Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.補助圧力装置と協働するブレーキ圧力発生器と、 該ブレーキ圧力発生器及び前記補助圧力装置に圧力媒体を供給するリザーバと、 前記補助圧力装置を作動する制御・調整電子機器とを具備し、 前記補助圧力装置は複数の液圧調整弁及び貯蔵ユニットを有する圧力変調器と 接続されており、 前記補助圧力装置は、電動モータを補助圧力ポンプと構造的に組み合わせかつ 前記圧力変調器を収容するモータ・ポンプユニットにより形成されてなるスリッ プ制御付き液圧ブレーキ装置用の圧力調整装置において、 前記電動モータ(1)、前記補助圧力ポンプ(2)及び前記圧力変調器(3) により形成された液圧機器アセンブリには、複数箇所に取付可能なブラケット( 4)が取り付けられ、該ブラケット(4)は、前記電動モータ(1)のケーシン グが前記ブラケットの保持力から作用を受けないように、弾性変形可能なダンパ エレメント(5)を介して只1つの保持装置(6)と結合されていること、を特 徴とする圧力調整装置。 2.前記ブラケット(4)は前記液圧機器アセンブリのフランジ面の周辺に設け られ、該フランジ面は前記電動モータ(1)を収容すること、及び前記フランジ 面は前記保持装置(6)と結合されていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の 圧力調整装置。 3.前記液圧機器アセンブリの前記フランジ面に設けられた前記保持装置(6) は前記電動モータ(1)の周面に対し間隔をあけていること、及び前記保持装置 (6)は、前記液圧機器アセンブリの前記フランジ面に設けられた前記ブラケッ ト(4)と形状係合で及び/又は摩擦係合で固定されていること、を特徴とする 請求項1又は2に記載の圧力調整装置。 4.前記ブラケット(4)は前記ダンパエレメント(5)に係合する止めねじを 有すること、を特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の圧力調整装置。 5.前記ダンパエレメント(5)の周面に前記保持装置(6)が作用すること、 を特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧力調整装置。 6.前記ダンパエレメント(5)は弾性変形可能な短管として構成されており、 該短管は、常に、少なくとも1端面に面取り部(7)を具備し、側面には、前記 保持装置(6)に係合する溝(8)を具備していること、を特徴とする請求項4 に記載の圧力調整装置。 7.前記ブラケット(4)は3箇所で取付可能なブラケットとして構成されてお り、該ブラケットには、好ましくは折曲部(9)を具備する前記保持装置(6) が固定されていること、を特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載の圧力 調整装置。 8.前記液圧機器アセンブリ(1,2,3)の、前記保持装置(6)によって覆 われていない面に、前記制御・調整装置(10)の少なくとも複数の部分が取着 されていること、を特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか1に記載の圧力調整装 置。 9.前記保持装置(6)は打抜きか深絞り成形で製造された薄板であること、を 特徴する請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に記載の圧力調整装置。 10.前記保持装置(6)は、前記ブラケット(4)から離隔した側で、ブレー キ圧力発生器を形成するマスタシリダ(11)とブースタ(12)との間に挟み 込まれていること、を特徴する請求項1乃至9のいずれか1に記載の圧力調整装 置。 11.前記保持装置(6)は前記マスタシリダ(11)及び前記ブースタ(12 )のフランジ面の間に締め付けられていること、及び前記保持装置(6)は締付 領域でシールを収容する貫通孔を有し、前記シールの厚みは前記保持装置(6) の壁の厚みより大きいこと、を特徴とする請求項10に記載の圧力調整装置。
