Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電動式ブレーキが第1の摩擦面を備え、この第1の摩擦面が制動すべき部材 と共に動く部材に形成され、ブレーキが一方の摩擦要素に形成された第2の摩擦 面を備え、この摩擦要素が電動機によって第1の摩擦面の方へ移動可能であり、 第1と第2の摩擦面が互いに空隙を保ち、センサが電動機のロータの回転角度を 直接的または間接的に検出し、接触検出手段が、第1の摩擦面と第2の摩擦面が 接触しているかどうかを検出することができ、そして接触信号を発生する、電動 式ブレーキを制御または調節するための装置において、第1の摩擦面が第2の摩 擦面上にあるとき(中立位置)の電動機の角度を測定するために、第1の摩擦面 が第2の摩擦面に当たるときの電動機の角速度の変化が評価されることを特徴と する装置。 2.中立位置を測定するために、第2の摩擦面が第1の摩擦面の方へ移動するよ うに、電動機が一定の回転トルクで駆動され、角加速度の零通過が接触信号の発 生のための基礎として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 3.電動式ブレーキが第1の摩擦面を備え、この第1の摩擦面が制動すべき部材 と共に動く部材に形成され、ブレーキが一方の摩擦要素に形成された第2の摩擦 面を備え、この摩擦要素が電動機によって第1の摩擦面の方へ移動可能であり、 第1と第2の摩擦面が互いに空隙を保ち、センサが電動機のロータの回転角度を 直接的または間接的に検出し、接触検出手段が、第1の摩擦面と第2の摩擦面が 接触しているかどうかを検出することができ、そして接触信号を発生する、電動 式ブレーキを制御または調節するための装置において、少なくとも一方の摩擦面 に接触ピンが設けられ、摩擦面が互いに支持し合うときに、接触ピンが第2の摩 擦面に接触し、接触ピンと第2の摩擦面が電流回路に接続され、接触ピンが第2 の摩擦面に接触するときに、電流回路が閉じることを特徴とする装置。 4.接触ピンが第1の摩擦パッドと第2の摩擦パッドに設けられ、ブレーキディ スクが両接触ピンの間でブリッジ接点リレーを形成していることを特徴とする請 求項3記載の装置。 5.電動機が所定の回転数であるいは所定のトルクで運転可能であるように、電 動機のドライブが設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1または3記載の装置 。 6.接触検出手段の応答時に、電動機が角速度の調節または制御によって予め定 められた空隙に戻されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。 7.電動機がサーボブースタを介して駆動され、このサーボブースタが切換え要 素を介して運転モード“トルク制御”または運転モード“回転数制御”に切換え 可能であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。 8.制御装置が切換え信号をサーボブースタに供給するモジュールを含んでいる ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。
