Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の式(I) R−Ym (I) 〔式中、Rは、脂肪族基、環式脂肪族基、複素環式基または芳香族基を含み、か つ少なくとも3個連続したエチレンオキサイド基または少なくとも1個のポリヒ ドロキシカルボン酸残基を含むm価の基であり、 各基Yは、同一でも異なっていてもよく、以下の式(II) (式中R1は、nが1を超える場合には同一であっても異なっていてもよく、か つ各R1は、アルキル、アルケニル、アラルキル、N-置換カルバミル、フェニル 、NO2、ハロゲンまたは基 -C(O)-O-R2(式中R2は水素またはアルキル基であ る))の基であり、 nは0、1、2または3であり、かつ mは2以上の整数である〕の水分散性ブロックトポリイソシアネート。 2.各々が以下の式 R−Ym 〔式中、Rは、同一であっても異なっていてもよく、各々が脂肪族基、環式脂肪 族基、複素環式基または芳香族基を含むm価の基であ り、ただし、5〜100当量%の基Rは少なくとも3個連続したエチレンオキサ イド基または少なくとも1個のポリヒドロキシカルボン酸残基を含み、 各基Yは、同一でも異なっていてもよく、以下の式(II) (式中、R1は、nが1を超える場合には同一であっても異なっていてもよく、 かつ各R1は、アルキル、アルケニル、アラルキル、N-置換カルバミル、フェ ニル、NO2、ハロゲンまたは基 -C(O)-O-R2(式中R2は水素またはアルキル基 である))の基であり、 nは0、1、2または3であり、かつ mは2以上の整数である)の基である〕の水分散性ブロックトポリイソシアネ ートの水分散性混合物。 3.少なくとも1個のYが、 である請求項1または2記載のブロックトポリイソシアネート。 4.少なくとも1個のYが、 である請求項3記載のブロックトポリイソシアネート。 5.mが2〜6である、上記請求項のいずれかに記載のブロックトポリイソシア ネート。 6.(a)以下の式(III) Ra(NCO)q (III) (式中、Raは、脂肪族基、環式脂肪族基、複素環式基または芳香族基を含むq 価の基であり、かつ qは3以上の整数である)のポリイソシアネートを、-(CH2CH2O)p-(式中pは 3以上)である親水性基を有する活性水素含有化合物、またはポリヒドロキシカ ルボン酸基或いはその誘導体と接触させて、式 R(NCO)m(式中Rは脂肪族基、環 式脂肪族基、複素環式基または芳香族基を含み、かつ少なくとも3個連続したエ チレンオキサイド基または少なくとも1個のポリヒドロキシカルボン酸残基を含 むm価の基である)の水分散性ポリイソシアネートを形 成し、次いで (B)以下の式(IV) 〔式中R1は、nが1を超える場合には同一であっても異なっていてもよく、 かつ各R1は、アルキル、アルケニル、アラルキル、N-置換カルバミル、フェ ニル、NO2、ハロゲンまたは基 -C(O)-O-R2(式中R2は水素またはアルキル基 である))の基であり、nは0、1、2または3であり、かつmは2以上の整数 である〕のピラゾールで、工程(a)で製造した水分散性ポリイソシアネートを封 止することによって得られうる水分散性物質。 7.以下の式 R(NCO)m (式中Rは脂肪族基、環式脂肪族基、複素環式基または芳香族基を含み、かつ少 なくとも3個連続したエチレンオキサイド基または少なくとも1個のポリヒドロ キシカルボン酸残基を含み、mは2以上の整数である)のポリイソシアネートを 、 以下の式(IV) 〔式中R1は、nが1を超える場合には同一であっても異なっていてもよく、 かつ各R1は、アルキル、アルケニル、アラルキル、N-置換カルバミル、フェ ニル、NO2、ハロゲンまたは基 -C(O)-O-R2(式中R2は水素またはアルキル基で ある))の基であり、nは0、1、2または3であり、かつmは2以上の整数で ある〕のピラゾールと接触させることを含む、上記請求項のいずれかに記載の水 分散性ブロックトポリイソシアネートの製造方法。 8.以下の式(III) Ra(NCO)q (III) (式中、Raは、脂肪族基、環式脂肪族基、複素環式基または芳香族基を含むq 価の基であり、かつ qは3以上の整数である)のポリイソシアネートを、-(CH2CH2O)p-(式中pは 3以上)である親水性基を有する活性水素含有化合物、またはポリヒドロキシカ ルボン酸基或いはその誘導体と接触させて、式 R(NCO)mの水分散性ポリイソシア ネートを形成する開始工程を含む請求項7記載の方法。 9.少なくとも一種の請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のブロックトポリイソシアネ ートの水性分散液。 10.請求項9記載の分散液と、活性水素を含む化合物とを含むコ ーティング組成物。 11.ペイントである請求項10記載のコーティング組成物。 12.顔料と顔料キャリヤーとを含み、顔料キャリヤーが活性水素を含む化合物 である請求項10または11記載のコーティング組成物。 13.活性水素含有基当り、0.5 〜2個のブロックトポリイソシアネート基を含 む、請求項10、11および12の何れかに記載の組成物。 14.基板に請求項10〜13の何れかに記載の組成物を塗布し、次いで付着し た組成物を加熱してコーティングを架橋させることを含む、基板の被覆方法。 15.被覆された基板を加熱する工程をさらに含む請求項14記載の方法。 16.組成物が電着によって塗布される請求項14または15記載の方法。
