Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.設計液体として研磨剤液体スラリにより微小穴を研磨する方法であって、 研磨剤液体スラリを第1の高い粘度および第1の低いずり速度で供給導管を通 して流すステップ、 スラリを第2の低い粘度および第2の高いずり速度で微小穴を通して流すステ ップ、 微小穴の上流の圧力を測定するステップ、 微小穴の上流の圧力を一定に維持するステップ、 スラリの流量を測定するステップ、および 流量が設計流体の流量に相関する値に到達したとき微小穴を通るスラリの流れ を止めるステップ、 を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 2.スラリは揺変性であり、 有効量のナフテン油、#400−#1000メッシュの研磨剤、および揺変性 添加剤を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.圧力を100から2000psiまでの間に維持するステップを備えてい ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 4.微小穴の直径は1mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 5.スラリを毎時2乃至50ポンドの割合で微小穴を通して流すステップを備 えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 6.流量を直接測定するステップを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載 の方法。 7.スラリを微小穴を通して流す前にスラリを濾過するステップを備えている ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 8.設計液体として研磨剤揺変性液体スラリにより微小穴を研磨するシステム であって、 スラリを一定圧力で微小穴を通して流す手段、 スラリの流量が増加するとき圧力を一定に維持する手段、 スラリの流量を測定する手段、および 流量が設計液体の流量に相関する値に到達したとき微小穴を通るスラリの流れ を止める手段、 を備えていることを特徴とするシステム。 9.流量を測定する手段はコリオリ流量計を備えていることを特徴とする請求 項8に記載のシステム。 10.圧力を一定に維持する手段は油圧シリンダを備えていることを特徴とす る請求項8に記載のシステム。
