Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.極性非プロトン性溶媒に可溶なポリアリーレンスルフィドースルホン酸。 2.該主鎖が下記形状 [-S-Ar-] (式中、Arは1,4−フェニレン、1,3−フェニレン、1,2−フェニレン 、ビフェニレン、ナフチレン、アントリレンまたは別の二価の芳香族単位)の繰 り返し単位から主として形成される請求項1記載のポリアリーレンスルフィドー スルホン酸。 3.Arが1,4−フェニレンである請求項2記載のポリアリーレンスルフィ ドースルホン酸。 4.その平均分子量Mwが2000から200,000g/molの範囲、好 ましくは20,000g/mol以上の範囲にある請求項1ないし3のいずれか 1つの項記載のポリアリーレンスルフィドースルホン酸。 5.繰り返し単位の総量を基準にして0.1から100mol%、好ましくは 2から40mol%の量のスルホン酸基またはスルホン酸クロリド基を有し、か つ繰り返し単位の総量を基準にして0から40mol%、好ましくは5から25 mol%の量の塩素原子を有する請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つの項記載のポ リアリーレンスルフィドースルホン酸。 6.該芳香族単位間の該スルフィド橋が、繰り返し単位の総量を基準にして0 から100mol%、好ましくは20から80mol%程度までスルホキシドま たはスルホンに酸化されている請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つの項記載のポリ アリーレンスルフィドースルホン酸。 7.N−メチルピロリドン中に5重量%を上回る量で溶解する請求項1ないし 6のいずれか1つの項記載のポリアリーレンスルフィドースルホン酸。 8.請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つの項記載のポリアリーレンスルフィドー スルホン酸の流体中の溶液または分散液。 9.請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つの項記載のポリアリーレンスルフィドー スルホン酸の調製法において、該ポリーレンスルフィドをクロロスルホン酸中ま たはクロロスルホン酸と発煙硫酸もしくは無水酢酸との混合物中に完全に溶解し 、ついで、適切ならば発煙硫酸または無水酢酸を添加し、さらに水性媒質中に該 生成物を沈殿させることを含む方法。 10.該ポリアリーレンスルフィドとしてポリ[1,4−フェニレンスルフィ ド]を使用する請求項9記載の方法。 11.クロロスルホン酸中またはクロロスルホン酸と発煙硫酸もしくは無水酢 酸との混合物中の該溶液の調製を−10℃から+20℃の範囲の温度で行い、該 引き続く次の反応を+5℃から+20℃の範囲の温度で行う請求項9または10 記載の方法。 12.クロロスルホン酸の重量を基準にして、5から15重量%の量の該ポリ アリーレンスルフィドをクロロスルホン酸に溶解し、かつ適切ならば10から2 00重量%の量の発煙硫酸を添加する請求項9ないし11のいずれか1つの項記 載の方法。 13.クロロスルホン酸の重量を基準にして1から30重量%の量の無水酢酸 を使用する請求項9ないし11のいずれか1つの項記載の方法。 14.コーティング、成形品、フィルム、膜または繊維を製造するための請求 項1ないし8のいずれか1つの項記載のポリアリーレンスルフィドースルホン酸 の使用。 15.瀘過、とくにミクロ(micro)濾過、ナノ(nano)濾過および 限外濾過用の膜を製造するための請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つの項記載のポ リアリーレンスルフィドースルホン酸の使用。 16.プロトン、とくに2から200mS/cmの範囲のプロトン伝導率を有 するプロトンを導通させる膜を製造するための請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つ の項記載のポリアリーレンスルフィドースルホン酸の使用。 17.コンデンサーおよび電気化学セル、とくに燃料電池およびセルにおける 請求項13ないし15のいずれか1つの項記載のポリアリーレンスルフィドース ルホン酸の使用。
