Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.反応装置中で混合される反応成分として(環式)脂肪族ポリイソシアネート 及び水蒸気又は水を分離することができる物質からのビウレット基を有する(環 式)脂肪族ポリイソシアネートの製造方法において、反応成分を少なくとも2段 階を有するカスケード式反応装置を通しての向流で運搬することを特徴とするビ ウレット基を有する(環式)脂肪族ポリイソシアネートの製造方法。 2.液体の反応成分の中の気相の分布を撹拌反応器に取り付けられたじゃま板に よって強める、請求項1記載の方法。 3.中央の開口部を備えた、かつ距離をおいて相互に配置された円板をじゃま板 として使用する、請求項2記載の方法。 4.撹拌反応器中を縦方向に延びるストリップじゃま板をじゃま板として使用す る、請求項2又は3記載の方法。 5.窒素及び/又は二酸化炭素10〜95容量%を供給される水蒸気に混入する 、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6.反応温度が、60〜200℃、有利に100〜150℃である、請求項1か ら5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.撹拌反応器の頭頂端部からの排ガス流れが冷たい(環式)脂肪族ジイソシア ネートでガス洗浄し、この(環式)脂肪族ジイソシアネートを引き続き方法に供 給する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8.その中に取り付けられており、軸線に対して平行でありかつ回転可能である 状態で、少なくとも2つの円板撹拌機(12)が相互に間隔をおいて取り付けら れている駆動軸(11)が存在し、この際、これらの円板撹拌機(12)の間に 、容器の内壁に取り付けられかつ中央の開口部(14A)を有する円板じゃま板 (14)が配置されている直立管状容器からなる撹拌反応器(1)を有する、請 求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するための装置。 9.2〜6個の円板撹拌機(12)及び1〜5個の円板じゃま板(14)を備え た、請求項8記載の装置。 10.撹拌反応器(1)の内壁に、放射状に内で反応器の軸線に対して平行に延び かつ放射状に内へ伸びるストリップじゃま板(15)が備えられた、請求項8又 は9記載の装置。 11.ストリップじゃま板(15)がじゃま板と反応器(1)の内壁の間の隙間を 残すように取り付けられている、請求項10記載の装置。 12.反応器壁のまわりで等間隔で配置した少なくとも4つのストリップじゃま板 (15)が備えられた、請求項10又は11記載の装置。 13.撹拌反応器(1)が加熱可能なジャケット(13)で囲まれた、請求項8か ら12までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。 14.撹拌反応器(1)の頭頂端部が冷却容器(16)に接続しており、この冷却 容器の下部に冷却器(17)が取り付けられており、この冷却器の上に冷却表面 の洗浄のために液体の反応成分のための噴射器(18)が存在し、かつこの噴霧 器の上で排ガス管路に通じる、請求項8から13までのいずれか1項に記載の装 置。 15.撹拌反応器の直径に対するその高さの率が2より大きく、有利に4.5より 大きい請求項8から14までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
