Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. コラーゲン粒子を含んでなるコラーゲンを基礎とした送達マトリックス であって、前記粒子の各々は5μm〜850μmの直径を有し、そして、pH約 7.0の水溶液中に懸濁させたとき、−20モル/モルコラーゲン〜−500モ ル/モルコラーゲンの正味電荷密度を有するコラーゲン送達マトリックス。 2. 前記粒子の各々が15μm〜600μmの直径を有する、請求項1に記 載のコラーゲン送達マトリックス。 3. 前記粒子の各々が−40モル/モルコラーゲン〜−400モル/モルコ ラーゲンの正味電荷密度を有する、請求項1に記載のコラーゲン送達マトリック ス。 4. 前記粒子の各々が−100モル/モルコラーゲン〜−300モル/モル コラーゲンの正味電荷密度を有する、請求項3に記載のコラーゲン送達マトリッ クス。 5. 前記粒子の各々が−40モル/モルコラーゲン〜−400モル/モルコ ラーゲンの正味電荷密度を有する、請求項2に記載のコラーゲン送達マトリック ス。 6. 前記粒子の各々が−100モル/モルコラーゲン〜−300モル/モル コラーゲンの正味電荷密度を有する、請求項5に記載のコラーゲン送達マトリッ クス。 7. コラーゲン粒子を含んでなり、ここで前記粒子の各々は5μm〜850 μmの直径を有し、そして、pH約7.0の水溶液中に懸濁させたとき、+20 モル/モルコラーゲン〜+250モル/モルコラーゲンの正味電荷密度を有する 、コラーゲンを基礎とした送達マトリックス。 8. 前記粒子の各々が15μm〜600μmの直径を有する、請求項7に記 載のコラーゲン送達マトリックス。 9. 前記粒子の各々が+50モル/モルコラーゲン〜+200モル/モルコ ラーゲンの正味電荷密度を有する、請求項7に記載のコラーゲン送達マトリック ス。 10. 前記粒子の各々が+100モル/モルコラーゲン〜+160モル/モ ルコラーゲンの正味電荷密度を有する、請求項9に記載のコラーゲン送達マトリ ックス。 11. 前記粒子の各々が+50モル/モルコラーゲン〜+200モル/モル コラーゲンの正味電荷密度を有する、請求項8に記載のコラーゲン送達マトリッ クス。 12. 前記粒子の各々が+100モル/モルコラーゲン〜+160モル/モ ルコラーゲンの正味電荷密度を有する、請求項11に記載のコラーゲン送達マト リックス。 13. コラーゲン調製物を断片化して粒子を形成し、そして 各々の前記粒子が、pH約7.0の水溶液中に懸濁させたとき、−20モル/ モルコラーゲン〜−500モル/モルコラーゲンまたは+20モル/モルコラー ゲン〜+250モル/モルコラーゲンの正味電荷密度を有するように、前記粒子 を化学的に変性する、ことを含む、コラーゲン送達マトリックス用コラーゲン粒 子の製造法。 14. 変性工程の前または後に、5μm〜850μmの直径を有する粒子を 選別することをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。 15. 15μm〜600μmの直径を有する粒子を選別する、請求項14に 記載の方法。 16. コラーゲン粒子、生物活性剤、および水溶液を混合してペースト様物 質を形成することを含むコラーゲン粒子の使用方法であって、前記粒子の各々は 5μm〜850μmの直径を有し、そして、pH約7.0の水溶液中に懸濁させ たとき、−20モル/モルコラーゲン〜−500モル/モルコラーゲンまたは+ 20モル/モルコラーゲン〜+250モル/モルコラーゲンの正味電荷密度を有 する方法。 17. 前記粒子の各々が15μm〜600μmの直径を有する、請求項16 に記載のコラーゲン送達マトリックス。 18. ペースト様物質を生物活性剤で治療すべき被検体に送達することをさ らに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。 19. 送達工程を注射器で実施する、請求項18に記載の方法。 20. 送達工程をカニューレで実施する、請求項18に記載の方法。 21. 送達工程をカテーテルで実施する、請求項18に記載の方法。 22. 送達工程を外科的移植で実施する、請求項18に記載の方法。
