Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.溶融金属を注ぎ込むためのノズルであって、このノズルが、溶融金属の通路 のために伸びている孔を形成してる内部を有するものに於て: 該ノズルの該内部の少なくとも一部が、固体の配合体を含有している耐火剤で 形成され、該配合体が、ドロマと黒鉛から成り、該固体の配合体の固体が炭化さ れたマトリックス組織で結合されていることを特徴とするノズル。 2.固体の配合体が、該固体の配合体の重量を基準として、重量で30%-70%の ドロマと少なくとも重量で25%の黒鉛を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に 記載されているノズル。 3.固体の配合体が、該固体の配合体の重量を基準として、重量で37-66%のド ロマから成ることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載されているノズル。 4.固体の配合体が、該固体の配合体の重量を基準として、少なくとも重量で33 %の黒鉛とを含有しており、また前記のドロマイトが、立方センチ当り3.25グラ ムの単位容積重量を含有するドロマであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載さ れているノズル。 5.固体の配合体が、該固体の配合体の重量を基準として、少なくとも重量で35 %の黒鉛を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載されているノズル。 6.固体の配合体が、該固体の配合体の重量を基準として、重量で33-45%の黒 鉛を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載されているノズル。 7.黒鉛が薄板黒鉛であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載されているノズル 。 8.固体の配合体が、該固体の配合体の重量を基準として、重量で35-45%の黒 鉛を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載されているノズル。 9.黒鉛が薄板黒鉛であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載されているノズル 。 10.固体の配合体が、該固体の配合体の重量を基準として、重量で35-43%の 黒鉛を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載されているノズル。 11.黒鉛が薄板黒鉛であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載されているノ ズル。 12.固体の配合体が、該固体の配合体の重量を基準として、重量で約33%の黒 鉛と重量で約62%のドロマを含有していることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載さ れているノズル。 13.固体の配合体が、該固体の配合体の重量を基準として、重量で約38%の黒 鉛を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載されているノズル。 14.黒鉛の直径が、0.044mmから0.3mmであって、前記のドロマが、グラム当り 2300平方センチからグラム当り2800平方センチの重量比に対する表面を有するボ ール破砕微粉と、また直径で、直径0.15mmから1.4mmを有する粗い細片を含有し 、該粗い細片が、前記の固体の配合体の重量を基準として、重量で32-43%であ り、また前記のボール破砕微粉が、該固体の配合体の重量を基準として、重量で 20-25%の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載されているノズル 。 15.前記の固体の配合体のドロマ含有量が、重量で約62%であることを特徴と する、請求項14に記載されているノズル。 16.前記のボール破砕微粉の量が、重量で前記の固体の配合体の約25%を構成 しており、またドロマの粗い細片が、重量で前記の固体の配合体の約37%を構成 しており、また該粗い細片が、0.15mmから1.4mmの直径を有する一番目の副細片 と、また0.15mmから0.42mmの直径を有する二番目のから成り、一番目の粗い副細 片が、前記の固体の配合体の重量を基準として、重量で約30%を有しており、ま た二番目の粗い副細片が、該固体の配合体の重量を基準として、重量で約7%を 有していることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載されているノズル。 17.黒鉛が、0.15mmから0.3mmの直径を有していることを特徴とする、請求項 16に記載されているノズル。 18.前記の固体の配合体が、更に、SiO2、ZrO2、HfO2、CeO2、TiO2 とMgO2から選択された酸化物を含有し、該酸化物の量が、前記の固体の配合体 の重量を基準として、重量で25%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載 されているノズル。 19.前記の固体の配合体が、更に、アルミニウム、珪素、ホウ素、カルシウム 、マグネシウム、炭化珪素、炭化カルシウム、ジルコニウム炭化物、ホウ素炭化 物、タンタル酸化物とチタニウム酸化物から成るグループから選択された抗酸化 剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載されているノズル。 20.更に、酸素の炭化されたマトリックスへの侵入を予防するための酸化阻止 層を含有し、該阻止層が、ホウ酸、ホウ酸ナトリウムから成るグループから選択 された低融点酸化物、とまた酸化アルミニウム、酸化珪素、ホウ酸、酸化リン、 酸化ジルコニウム、炭化アルミニウム、炭化珪素、炭化ホウ素、炭化リンと炭化 ジルコニウムから成るグループから選択されたガラス形成化合物から成ることを 特徴とする、請求項9に記載されているノズル。 21.前記のノズルの内側の部分の全部が、ドロマと黒鉛を有する固体の配合体 を含有している耐火材で形成されており、前記の固体の配合体の固体が、炭化さ れたマトリックス組織の中で結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載 されているノズル。 22.前記のノズルの全体が、ドロマと黒鉛を有する前記の固体の配合体を含有 している耐火材で形成され、前記の固体の配合体の固体が、炭化されたマトリッ クス組織の中で結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載されている ノズル。 23.溶融した金属をノズルを経由して型に注入してから、該金属を固形化する ことから成る溶融した脱酸アルミ鉄金属を鋳造する方法に於て、該ノズルが、溶 融金属が経由する通路のために伸びている孔を形成している内側の部分を有し、 また該ノズルの該内側の少なくとも一つの部分が、ドロマと黒鉛を有する固体の 配合体を含有している耐火材で形成されており、該固体の配合体が、炭化マトリ ックス組織の中で結合されることを特徴とする、鋳造方法。 24.溶融した金属を、溶融金属が経由する通路のために伸びている孔を形成し ている内側の部分を有するノズルを経由して注入することから成る溶融した脱酸 アルミ鉄金属を鋳造する方法に於て、該ノズルの該内側の少なくとも一つ部分が 、ドロマと黒鉛を有する固体の配合体を含有している耐火材で形成されており、 該固体の配合体が、炭化マトリックス組織の中で結合されることを特徴とする、 鋳造方法。
