Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 熱可塑性表面を有し、かつ、前記熱可塑性基材上に配置されたコーティ ング全重量の重量%で表した百分率が約20%乃至約80%のエチレン性不飽和モノ マーと、約10%乃至約50%のアクリレート官能コロイドシリカと、約5%乃至約 40%のシリカと、N,N-二置換アクリルアミドモノマーおよびN-置換-N-ビニ ルアミドモノマーからなる群より選択される約5%乃至約40%の分子量99乃至50 0原子単位のアミドモノマーを含む混合物から調製される硬化光透過性セラマー コーティングを有する再帰反射性シーティングを含む耐摩耗性再帰反射性シーテ ィング。 2. 前記コーティングの厚さが約2μm乃至約25μmである請求項1に記載の 耐摩耗性再帰反射性シーティング。 3. UV安定剤をさらに含む請求項1または2に記載の耐摩耗性再帰反射性 シーティング。 4. 前記表面がポリカーボネートを含み、前記アミドモノマーがN,N-ジメ チルアクリルアミド、N,N-ジエチルアクリルアミドおよびN-ビニルピロリド ンからなる群より選択される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の耐摩耗性再帰 反射性シーティング。 5. 前記エチレン性不飽和モノマーが多官能価アクリレートエステルであり 、前記アミドモノマーの分子量が99乃至200原子単位である請求項1〜4のいず れか1項に記載の耐摩耗性再帰反射性シーティング。 6. 試験法I〜IVに従って測定した前記コーティングの特性が良好な乾燥接 着、湿潤接着と耐熱性、耐摩耗性、および耐候性を示す請求項1〜5のいずれか 1項に記載の耐摩耗性再帰反射性シーティング。 7. ASTM D1003に従って測定した前記コーティングの光透過率が少な くとも85%である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の耐摩耗性再帰反射性シー ティング。 8. 前記エチレン性不飽和モノマーがアクリル酸またはメタクリル酸の三官 能価エチレン性不飽和エステル、アクリル酸またはメタクリル酸の四官能価エチ レン性不飽和エステル、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される請 求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の耐摩耗性再帰反射性シーティング。 9. 前記エチレン性不飽和モノマーが式 (式中R1は水素と、ハロゲンと、C1〜C5低級アルキル基とからなる群より選 択される部分を表し、R2は分子量が14乃至1000で原子価がm+nである多価の 有機基を表し、mはエステル中のアクリル基またはメタクリル基またはその双方 の数を示す整数値を表し、nは1乃至5の値を有する整数値を表し、Yは水素と 、C1〜C5低級アルキル基と、プロトン性官能基とからなる群より選択される) を有 するフリーラジカル硬化性モノマーを含む請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の 耐摩耗性再帰反射性シーティング。 10. 前記表面がポリカーボネートを含み、前記アミドモノマーがN,N-ジメ チルアクリルアミド、N,N-ジエチルアクリルアミドおよびN-ビニルピロリド ンからなる群より選択される請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の耐摩耗性再帰 反射性シーティング。 11. 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の耐摩耗性再帰反射性シーティング を含む再帰反射性隆起舗装マーカー。
